Claims (6)
- 관상의 웅형부재, 자형부재, 웅형부재와 자형부재를 결합하기 위한 수단과 밀폐링으로 구성된 고압유체라인의 연결장치에 있어서, 웅형부재는 최대외경과, 웅형부재와 축방향 길이의 축선에 대한 경사각도를 갖는 내측으로 경사진 재두원추형 외면을 갖는 단부를 가지며, 상기 경사진 외면은 최소 외경을 갖는 단부 부분에서 끝나고, 최소 및 최대 외경은 제조상의 허용공차를 가지며, 상기 웅형부재가 최대 내경에 인접하여 방사상 외측으로 연장된 연장편을 포함하고, 자형부재는 상기 웅형부재와 동축상으로 정렬되어 결합하며 웅형부재단부의 경사각도보다 작은 자형부재의 축선에 대하여 경사진 각도를 갖는 외향 경사진 재두원추형 내면을 갖는 단부를 포함하고 이 자형부재단부의 내면은 그 외측 단부에서 최대 내경을 가지며 단부에서 최소 내경을 가지며, 이 자형부재는 최대 내경부분에 인접하여 방사상으로 연장된 플랜지와 최소 내경부분에 입접하여 방사상 내측으로 연장된 견부를 포함하고 자형부재의 내면은 견부와 자형부재의 플랜지사이의 축방향길이를 가지며, 밀폐링은 웅형부재단부의 외면의 경사각도와 동일한 경사각도를 갖는 재두원추형 내면과, 자형부재단부의 내면의 경사각도와 동일한 경사각도를 갖는 재두원추형 외면을 포함하고, 또한 이 밀폐링은 그 최대외경부분에 인접한 외면으로부터 방사상 외측으로 연장된 환상의 연장편을 포함하며, 이 밀폐링은 웅형 및 자형부재 사이에 동축상으로 위치하고 그 내면은 웅형부재단부의 외면에 접하고 외면은 자형부재단부의 내면에 접하며 또한 밀폐링은 웅형부재단부의 최소 외경보다 작은 최소 내경과 웅형부재단부의 최대외경보다 작은 최대내경을 가지므로서 밀폐링이 웅형부재의 단부상에 위치할 때에 밀폐링의 최대내경단부가 웅형부재의 플랜지로부터 간격을 두고 떨어져 있으며 밀폐링의 최소내경단부는 웅형부재단부를 지나 축방향으로 연장되고 밀폐링의 최소 및 최대내경은 허용공차를 가지며, 밀폐링은 연장편과 최소내경단부 사이의 축방향 길이가 자형부재의 깊이와 동일하고 연장편에 인접한 밀폐링의 외측면의 최대외경은 자형부재단부의 최대 내경보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 고압유체라인의 연결장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 밀폐링이 최대내경이 웅형부재의 최대외경에서 웅형부재최대외경과 밀폐링 최대내경의 부허용공차의 절대치 합을 뺀 것보다 작은 바의 연결장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 웅형부재단부의 축방향길이가 밀폐링의 축방향길이, 웅형부재외경과 밀폐링 최대내경의 부허용공차의 절대값의 합에 웅형부재단부의 경사각도의 코탄젠트로 곱한 값의 1/2, 웅형부재최소외경과 밀폐링 최소내경의 정허용공차의 절대값의 합에 웅형부재단부의 경사각도의 코탄젠트로 곱한 값의 1/2, 연장편이 자형부재단부의 단부부분으로부터 떨어져 있는 거리에 웅형부재단부의 경사각도의 코탄젠트와 자형부재단부의 경사각도의 탄젠트의 곱한 값고, 웅형부재의 플랜지와 밀폐링의 연장편 사이의 선택된 간격의 합과 같은 바의 연결장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 자형부재단부의 최대내경이 연장편에 인접한 밀폐링 외면의 최대외경에서 연장편이 자형부재단부로부터 떨어진 거리의 두배에 자형부재단부의 경사각도의 탄젠트를 곱한 값을 뺀 값과 동일한 바의 연결장치.
- 청구범위 1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 연장편이 자형부재단부의 단부분으로부터 떨어져 있는 간격이 0.150인치인 바의 연결장치.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 밀폐링의 축방향 길이가 0.875인치이고, 연장편의 축방향 길이가 0.125인치인 바의연결장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
