제2도는 제1도에 따른 배열을 변형한 것임.
Claims (5)
- 터어보 과급기 샤프트(2)에 위치하고 축류 흐름 터어빈 회전날개(4)가 설치된 터어빈 디스크(3)와 터어빈 사프트(2)가 지지되는 터어빈 캐이스(7)로 주로 구성되고, 방사흐름 터어빈 가이드 날개(5)의 고리가 회전날개(4)의 터어빈 케이스(7) 상류에 위치하고 회전 대칭 배기가스 굴절관(7b)이 터어빈 가이드 날개(5)와 터어빈 회전날개(4) 사이에 위치하는 배기가스 터어보 과급기에 대한 축류 터어빈에 있어서, 회전 대칭 배기가스 굴절관(7b)의 내벽이 터어보 과급기 샤프트(2)에 견고하게 연결되고 그와함께 회전하는 굴절칼라(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 굴절칼라(6)의 외경이 터어빈 디스크(3)의 내경보다 더크며 최대한으로 터어빈 회전자의 외경과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 굴절관(7b)의 무접촉 밀폐를 위한 부품이 회전굴절 칼라(6)와 터어빈 케이스(7) 사이에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 굴절관(7b)의 무접촉 밀폐를 위한 부품이 안쪽으로 개방된 굴절칼라(6)의 원통형 동심표면에 위치하는 2개의 미로 밀봉체(11,11′)로 구성되고 터어빈 케이스(7)에 위치하는 밀봉 공기관(8)이 터어빈을 향해있는 미로 밀봉체(11)와 터어빈으로부터 멀리 향하고 있는 미로 밀봉체(11′)사이에 위치한 방사상갭(15)에 연결되고, 이 배열에서 밀봉공기가 내부로부터 방사상갭(15)을 통해 방사적으로 공급될 수 있고 미로 밀봉체(11′)를 통해 굴절칼라(6)의 외부반경을 거쳐 터어빈 전방의 가스관(7b)으로 유도된 후 미로 밀봉체(11)를 통해 외부대기 또는 배기가스 파이프로 유도될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 굴절관(7b)의 무접촉 밀폐를 위한 부품이 축과 평면으로 동심축으로 위치한 미로 밀봉체(11)이고, 이 배열에서 엔진 베기가스가 그 내부로부터 방사방향으로 흐르는 밀폐공기와 함께 배기가스 굴절관(7b)으로부터 우회로(9)까지 유도될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
