Claims (12)

  1. 알루미늄을 용존 불화아연을 함유한 수욕중에 침지시키는데 있어 알루미늄상에 Zn이 2ㅡ20ｇ/㎡양으로 침착되기에 충분한 시간동안 알루미늄을 욕중에 유지시키는 것으로 이루어진 알루미늄(알루미늄합금 포함)에 아연코팅을 입히는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수욕이 불화아연을 5ｇ/1(ZnF2.4H2O로 계산시)이상 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수욕이 불화아연으로 실질적으로 포화된 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비용존 불화아연을 욕과 접촉되게 유지시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 비용존 불화아연 5-120ｇ/1(ZnF2.4H2O로 계산시)을 상기한 욕중 현탁액으로 유지시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에서 욕을 pH 4ㅡ6에서 유지시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에서 알루미늄을 Zn이 3ㅡ15ｇ/㎡ 양으로 침착되기에 충분한 시간동안 침착시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중에 어느 하나에서 알루미늄의 전처리를 알칼리성 용액중에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 메타규산나트륨의 비부식성 용액중에서 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄을 20ㅡ70℃의 불화아연욕 중에서 0.5ㅡ20분간 처리하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서 알루미늄을 실질적으로 불화아연으로 포화된 30ㅡ50℃ 온도의 수욕중에서 0.5ㅡ10분간 침지시키는 방법.
