Claims (15)
- 압력하에서 잉크에 대하여 불삼투성인 플라스틱으로 된 필관체의 주원통공내에 잉크종동자를 삽입하고, 필관체의 1선단개방부를 통하여 필관체의 주원통공으로 잉크를 공급하여 잉크가 종동자의 전방으로 주입되게 하며, 필관체의 주원통공내에서 잉크를 보지하도록 상기 선단개방부에 볼포인트조립체를 삽입고정하고, 대기압이상의 정압력으로 종동자후측의 주원통공을 가압하며, 필관체의 주원통공내에 정압력을 유지하는 동안 필관체의 후단부로 후단폐쇄플러그를 삽입고정하므로서 종동자와 폐쇄플러그사이의 주원통공내 압력이 영구적으로 유지되도록 함을 특징으로하는 볼펜제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 볼포인트조립체가 선단개방부 내의 대향된 견부사이에 탄삽되어 필관체의 선단개방부내에 고정되는 바의 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄플러그가 필관체의 후단 개방부내에 스핀웰딩방법으로 삽입고정되는 바의 방법.
- 필기구의 동체를 형성하고 잉크충전을 위한 주원통공과 이에 연통되는 선단 및 후단개방부를 가지며 가압된 잉크에 대하여 불삼투성인 플라스틱으로 된 필관체, 사용시 점진적으로 선단을 향하여 이동하도록 된 주원통공내의 잉크종동자, 종동자전방의 주원통공내에 충전된 잉크, 필관체선단개방부에 삽입고정되어 종동자와의 사이에 잉크가 갇히도록 된 볼포인트 조립체와, 종동자후측의 주원통공내에 대기압이상의 압력이 유지되도록 주원통체의 후단개방부에 삽입고정되는 후단폐쇄 플러그로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 후단폐쇄플러그가 필관체와 동일한 재질로 형성되어 있고 스핀웰딩방법으로 필관체에 고정밀폐되는 바의 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 필관체의 후단개방부내에 얕은 환상의 링이 형성되어 있고 폐쇄플러그의 외경이 링의 내경보다 약간 커서 플러그와 필관체의 스핀웰딩이 상기 링부분에서 이루어지는 바의 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 불포인트조립체가 필관체의 선단개방부로 탄삽되고, 이 볼포인트조립체는 두 고정견부 사이인 선단개방부내의 확개된 원통공내에 고정결합하는 후측원통형부를 갖는 바의 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제7항에 있어서, 상기 확개된 원통공이 원통형이며, 일측견부는 환상의 방사상견부이고 타측견부는 원추형 경사견부이고, 확개된 부분이 환상의 경사진 단부를 갖는 바의 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 후단폐쇄플러그의 전방연장부가 플러그의 후측보다 직경이 작고, 필관체의 주원통공이 플러그의 후단부가 삽입되는 확장된 직경의 후단부를 가지므로서 조립된 폐쇄플러그의 높이가 필관체의 후단부와 일치하게 된 바의 잉크 필기구.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 필관체의 후단부전방으로 플러그의 후단부가 삽입되기 위한 좌부를 갖는 바의 잉크필기구.
- 필관체의 주원통공내에 잉크와 잉크종동자를 삽입하고, 필관체의 선단부를 통하여 잉크가 누출되지 않도록 필관체의 선단부에 볼포인트조립체를 삽입고정하며, 잉크종동자후측의 필관체 주원통공내부를 대기압이상의 압력으로 가압하고, 필관체의 주원통공후단부를 밀폐하는 동안 필관체의 주원통공내 압력을 유지함을 특징으로하는 필기구의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제11항에 있어서, 필관체 주원통공의 후단을 밀폐하는 단계가 그 후단부에 플러그를 스핀웰딩방법으로 구성되는 바의 방법.
- 주원통공을 갖는 필관체, 주원통공내에 이와 직접 접촉되게 삽입된 잉크종동자, 선단부를 통하여 주원통공으로부터 지울 수 있는 잉크가 누출되는 것을 방지하도록 필관체의 선단부에 삽입되는 볼포인트조립체와, 잉크종동자후측의 주원통공내에 가압된 압력이 필관체의 후단부를 통하여 방출되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 후단부에 삽입되어 이를 폐쇄하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 지울 수 있는 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 필관체가 약 150psi의 압력하에서 지울 수 있는 잉크에 대하여 불삼투성인 재질로구성된 바의 지울 수 있는 잉크필기구.
- 청구범위 제13항에 있어서, 주원통공의 후단부를 폐쇄하기 위한 수단이 후단폐쇄플러그로 구성된 바의 지울 수 있는 잉크필기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
