Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は長い一本の合戒樹脂製鉛筆軸の内部に詰替用
短芯を多数順次続配列してなる詰替鉛筆において、短芯
の戻り防止作用を持つ後部套管を消しゴムとしても利用
できるようにしたものである。
以下添付図面に従いこの考案の一実施例を説明すると、
１は合成樹脂製の長い一本の中空鉛筆軸であり、前方が
実際の鉛筆の形状に似せて少ししぼって細くなっている
。
２は詰替用短芯であり、保持片３の先端に短い芯４が固
着している。
保持片３の後部には穴５が開いており、保持片３の穴５
には順続した次の芯４が嵌装するようになっている。
６はキャップであり、このキャップは従来のものと違っ
て軸１の長穴１′を保持片３と共に進行するようになっ
ている。
上記構成の鉛筆において本考案の特徴とするところは、
鉛筆軸１の後部套管７を、合皮ゴム又は天然ゴムにポリ
エチレンの如き合成樹脂を混合してなる可撓性ゴム材料
を使用したことであり、後部套管７の中央の差込口８の
内径を上記短芯２の保持片の外径と対応させると共に、
差込口８の内側を薄くし細い口径部９としたものである
。
そして差込口８の外周の被着部１０に溝１１を設けて鉛
筆軸後端の小径段部１２の突条１３に弾性的に嵌装被着
したものである。
この考案は上記の如き構成を有し、鉛筆軸１に対し短芯
２を順次詰替えて使用することは従来と全く同様である
が、後部套管７がポリエチレンの如き合成樹脂材を混合
したゴム材料で成型したものであるから後部套管の中央
の差込口８から挿入せられた短芯は内側の細い口径９を
弾性的に拡大しながら進み、拡大された細い口径９は短
芯が通過し終えると縮径し、短芯の筆圧による戻りを防
止する。
−力抜部套管は上記の如きゴム材料で成型されているた
め消ゴムとしてそのま）利用できるので従来のものと比
較して甚だ便利である。

斜視図、第３図は後部套管を消しゴムとして利用した一

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 合戒樹脂製鉛筆軸の中空軸に詰替用短芯を多数順続配列
    してなる詰替親筆において、上記鉛筆軸の後端に合成樹
    脂を混合したゴム材料で成型した後部套管を設けると共
    に、該後部套管７の中央の差込口８の内径を短芯２の保
    持片の外径と対応させ、又差込口８の内側を薄く細くし
    ぼった口径部９とし、更に差込口８の外周の被着部１０
    に溝１１を設けて、鉛筆軸の軸端の小径段部に嵌装せし
    め、上記細くしぼった口径部９により短芯の戻り防止を
    行うと共に後部套管を消しゴムとしても利用できるよう
    にしたことを特徴とする詰替鉛筆。
