제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 촉매적으로 활성성분에 사용되는 담체로서 여러 지지체를 사용하여 생성물 중의 알킨함량과 공급물로부터의 1,3-부타디엔 손실량에 대해 수회 수행한 실험결과를 나타낸 도면.
제10도는 실시예에서 사용된 여러 지지체의 기공 크기분포를 나타낸 도면이고,
제12도는 종래의 지지체 γ-AIOOH, 레이놀드스 RA-1을 사용한 경우 수득되는 결과를 나타낸 도면.
Claims (7)
- 표면전 68 내지 350㎡/g이고, 평균 직경 4 내지 12㎚의 기공 60 내지 90%와 평균 직경 100 내지 1000㎚의 기공 2 내지 25%로 구성된 γ-알루미나를 지지체로서 선택함을 특징으로하는, 미분된 구리금속을 함유한 지지체로 이루어진, 탄화수소 유출물로부터 알킨을 제거하는데 사용되는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 Na20로서 0.1% 미만의 나트륨 및 Si02로서 0.15% 미만의 실리콘을 함유하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지체가 0.01% 미만의 황 및 Fe203로서 0.06% 미만의 철을 함유하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체상에 은, 백금, 팔라듐, 망간, 코발트, 닉켈, 크롬 또는 몰리브덴으로 이루어진 활성화제 금속을 함유하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 활성화제금속이 구리금속 중량의 15% 미만으로 존재하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 그리금속이 지지체 중량의 3 내지 13%로 존재하는 촉매.
- 유출물을, 알루미나 지지체상에 분산된 구리금속, 및 은, 백금, 팔라듐, 망간, 코발트, 닉켈, 크롬 및 몰리브덴에서 선택된 하나 이상의 활성화제 금속으로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉반응시켜 1,3-부타디엔을 함유하는 탄화수소 유출물로부터 알킨을 제거하는 공정에 있어서, 표면적이 68 내지 350㎡/g이고 평균 직경 4 내지 12㎚의 기공 60 내지 90%와 평균직경 100 내지 1000㎚의 기공 2 내지 구성된, 미분된 구리금속을 함유하는 γ-알루미나 지지체로 이루어진 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
