Claims (9)
- 적어도 2개의 서로 다른 분자 직경, 분자량 또는 분자형태의 성분들을 함유하는 기체 또는 액체 혼합물을 분리할 수 있으며, 약 3내지 약 20옹스트롬의 평균 유효 공극직영을 갖고 다음의 특성을 갖는 분자체군에서 선택된 탄소분자체 : (a) (i) 800×10-8㎠/초 이하의 산소 확산도를 갖고, (ii) 15내지 100의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체 (b) (i) 600×18-8㎠/초 이하의 산소 확산도를 갖고 (ii) 100이상의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체 및 (c) (i) 800×10-8㎠/초 이상의 산소 확산도를 갖고 (ii) 5이상의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 500×10-8내지 750×10-8㎠/초의 산소 확산도 및 15 내지 75의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 탄소 분자체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50×10-8내지 500×10-8㎠/초의 산소 확산도 및 100 내지 4000의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 탄소 분자체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 800×10-8내지 3000×10-8㎠/초의 산소 확산도 및 9 내지 4000의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 탄소 분자체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 800×10-8㎠/초 이상의 산소 확산도, 5이상의 산소/질소 확산율 및 200×10-8㎠/초 이상의 메탄 확산도를 갖는 탄소 분자체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 800×10-8㎠/초 이상의 산소 확산도, 5이상의 산소/질소 확산율 및 0.01×10-8㎠/초 이상의 메탄 확산도를 갖는 탄소 분자체.
- 집적된 자연발생 기질을 연속적 수송형 가열장치에 계속 공급하고, 집적된 기질을 비활성화 조건 및 불활성 기체의 주입하에서 약 250 내지 1100℃의 온도범위에서 적어도 1분간 하소 시킴을 특징으로 하는 약 3 내지 약 20옹스트롬의 평균 유효 공극직경을 갖는 탄소분자체의 제조방법.
- 적어도 2개의 서로 다른 분자 직경, 분자량 또는 분자형태의 성분들을 함유하는 기체 또는 액체 혼합물을 다음과 같은 특성을 갖는 분자체균에서 선택된 분자체에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하여 상기 기체 또는 액체혼합물을 분리시키는 방법. (a) (i) 800×10-8㎠/초 이하의 산소 확산도를 갖고, (ii) 15내지 100의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체 ; (b) (i) 600×18-8㎠/초 이하의 산소 확산도를 갖고 (ii) 100이상의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체 및 (c) (i) 800×10-8㎠/초 이상의 산소 확산도를 갖고 (ii) 5이상의 산소/질소 확산율을 갖는 분자체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 기체 또는 액체 혼합물을, 산소와 질소, 산소와 이산화탄소, 이화탄소와 메탄, 산소와 아르곤, 암모니아와 질소, 암모니아와 메탄, 이산화탄소와 에탄, 암모니아와 아르곤, 질소와 메탄, 이산화탄소와 아르곤, 이산화탄소와 황호수소, 에틸렌과 에탄 및 프로필렌과 프로판 중에서 선택하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
