제1도는 자기헤드의 도식적인 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 관계하는 기본적인 영역과 20℃에서 측정된 Ms값을 그 속에 지시해주는 Mn-Zn페로스-페라이트의 구성도.
제3및 4도는 여러가지 양의 Co IIMe1-xCo III xFe2 IVO4(여기서 Me=(Mn, Zn, FeII)의 환형코어의 자기 투자율 μ′(의성분)를 온도 T℃의 함수로 나타대는 그래프.
제5도는 Mn0.31Zn0.2Co0.004Fe2.46O4의 환형코어의 자기투자율 μ′와 μ″의 성분을 40℃에서 주파수의 함수로 나타대는 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 사이에 변환 갭이 형성되는 두개의 코어 부분을 가지는 페라이트 코어로 구성되는, 자기기록 재생장치에 사용되는 자기헤드에 있어서. 페라이트가 0〈a≤0.55, 0.06≤b≤0.40, 0.34≤c≤ 0.90(a+b+c=1)인 MnaZnbFec IIIFe2 II04의 기본구성을 이루고 있고 0.5에서 5MHz 범위에서의 선택된 주파수에서의 자기 투자율의 최대값이 대체로 자기헤드의 동작온도 범위안에 있게하는 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드.
  2. 제1항의 자기헤드에 있어서, CoII의 성분이 금속, 기온의 총갯수에 참조하여 계산하면 0.02에서 0.2% 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드.
  3. 제1항이나 2항의 자기헤드에 있어서 0.45≤C≤0.9를 특징으로하는 자기헤드.
  4. 선행된 항중의 어느 한 항의 자기헤드에 있어서, 페라이트 코어의 두께가 200㎛를 넘지않는 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드.
  5. 선행된 항중의 어느 한 항의 자기헤드에 있어서. 페라이트가 단결정 페라이트인 것을 특징으로하는 자기헤드.
