Claims (2)

  1. 용기본체와 히이트시일부를 형성하여 이 용기본체를 밀봉하기 위한 개봉이 용이안 히이트뚜껑에 있어서, 이 뚜껑은 적어도 히이트시일성 수지내면재와 금속박과 외면보호층을 구비한 적층제로 구성되고 이 뚜껑의 히이트시일한 주변부보다 중심측에는 개구할 부분을 구획하는 스코어가 바깥쪽에서 금속박의 두께방향의 도중에 도달되도록 형성되고, 이 스코어의 중심측에는 스코어의 개봉개시부에 근접해서 뚜껑을 관통하는 구멍이 형성되고, 내면제와 히이트시일이 가능한 열가소성수지로 구성되는 리베트가 관통공을 통해서 삽입되고 또, 뚜껑재의 내면측에 돌출한 선단부가 면방향으로 넓혀지므로써 개봉용태브가 고정되고, 이 리베트의 내면측에 돌출된 선단부분과 내면제는 열용착으로 밀봉개합되고, 개봉용태브의 일단부 또는 리베트의 내면측 부분의 주연부가 스코어의 개봉개시부와 실질상 중합되는 위치관계로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개봉이 용이한 히이트시일뚜껑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관통공의 단면적 및 리베트와 내면재의 사이의 시일면적은 20:1 내지 1:20의 면적비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개봉이 용이한 히이트시일뚜껑.
