제1도는 본 발명 용기를 구성하는 용기구성판체의 전개도, 제2도는 본 발명 판지용기의 사시도, 제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시형태에서 용기를 구성하는 용기구성판체의 전개도, 제6도는 본 발명의 또다른 실시형태에서 용기를 구성하는 용기구성판체의 전개도.

Claims (8)

  1. 네개의 측판부, 두개의 단부폐쇄부와, 상기 한 측판부에 형성된 스트로오삽입공수단으로 구성된 관상동체로 구성되고, 상기 관상동체는 상기 하나의 단부폐쇄부를 통하여 수직으로 놓인 상태에서 내용물이 채워질 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 상기 단부폐쇄부를 밀봉후 스트로오삽입공 수단이 형성된 측판부가 용기의 상부위치로 오게 함으로서 스트로오삽입공수단을 통하여 스트로오를 삽입할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로하는 액체용입용 판지용기.
  2. 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5판부로 구성되고 상기 제1 및 제5 판부가 하나의 측판부를 형성토록 중첩되는 관상동체, 두 대향된 단부폐쇄부와, 상기 한 측판부에 형성된 스트로오삽입공수단으로 구성되고 상기 관상동체는 수직으로 세운 상태에서 상기 한 단부폐쇄부를 통하여 내용물이 채워진다음 이를 폐쇄후 상기 제3 판부측으로 회전시켜 스트로오삽입공수단이 형성된 측판부가 용기의 상부위치로 오게 함으로서 스트로오삽입공수단을 통하여 스트로오를 삽입할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 액체용입용 판지용기.
  3. 방수층으로 작용하고 열을 가하면 접착되는 열가소성수지로 피복되고, 한 측판부가 중첩밀봉되는 판부를 포함하며 용기의 상부가 되는 네개의 측판부를 갖는 관상의 동체부와, 이 동체부의 양측단에 형성된 평면상의 상하단폐쇄부를 포함하는 액체용입용 판지용기에 있어서, 상기 상하단폐쇄부 중간의 상기 동체부에 스트로오삽입공을 형성하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고 상기 중첩된 측판부의 하측판부에 인접하여 그 변부에서 시작하는 한쌍의 일정한 간격을 둔 선을 따라 상기 중첩된 한 측판부에 연장된 절결부로 형성되고 변부로 부터 일정한 거리로 연장된 절취대, 상기 절취대의 연장으로 형성되고 이 절취대를 상기 하층 측판부로 부터 벗기어 낼 때에 가요성 힌지를 형성하는 탭과, 상기 절취대를 상기 하층 측판부로 부터 벗기어 낼 때에 스트로오삽입공을 형성하도록 상기 절취대에 정렬되고 인접한 상기 하층 측판부의 자유변부에 형성된 요입부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액체용입용 판지용기.
  4. 상기 탭이 한 측판부의 변부밖으로 연장되고 인접측판부측으로 절곡가능하게 된 바의 청구범위 3에 따른 용기.
  5. 상기 탭이 한 측판부의 요입변부에 형성되어 상기 측판부의 변부밖으로 연장되지 않는 바의 청구범위 3에 따른 용기.
  6. 상기 제5판부가 협소한 측부봉합편인 바의 청구범위 3에 따른 용기.
  7. 상기 제1 및 제5판부가 상기 각 제2, 제3 및 제4 판부보다 좁으며 중간 봉합형의 용기를 형성토록 중첩되는 바의 청구범위 3에 따른 용기.
  8. 상기 요입부와 인접측판부의 변부 중간에 열가소성수지 피복층을 통하여 형성된 슬리트를 포함하는 청구범위 3에 따른 용기.
