Claims (10)
- 금속성 철을 반응시켜 염화철을 제조하고, 생성된 염화철을 상승된 온도에서 1종이상의 알칼리금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염의 존재하에 산소 또는 산소함유개스로 산화시키고, 생성된 운모성 산화철을 회수함을 특징으로하는 운모성 산화철의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속성 철을 1종 이상의 알칼리금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염의 존재하에 염소와 반응시켜 염화철을 제조하고, 생성된 염화철을 산화시키는 것으로 이루어진 운모성 산화철의 제조방법.
- 제l항에 있어서, 금속성 철을 1종 이상의 알칼리금속염 또는 알칼리토금속염의 존재하에 염화 제2철과 반응시켜 염화 제1철을 제조하고, 생성된 염화제1철을 산화시키는 것으로 이루어진 운모성 산화철의 제조방법.
- 염화철을 상승된 온도에서, 1종 이상의 알칼리금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염의 존재하에 산소 또는 산소함유개스를 사용하여 산화시키는 반응을 불활성 충진재의 존재하에 충진탑 반응기에서 수행하며, 반응조건을 운모성 산화철 생성물이 불활성 충진재 상의 응해물 막(이의 최소두께는 150μ이다)으로부터 생성되도록 조절함을 특징으로하여 운모성 산화철을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 언급된 반응을 650°내지 850℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염 : 철의 중량비가 0.25 : 1 내지 10 : 1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 언급된 염이 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속의 염화물, 브롬화물, 요드화물 또는 황산염인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 언급된 염이 염화 나트륨인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 불활성 물질 : 철(금속성 철)의 중량비가 4 : 1 내지 20 : 1인 방법.
- 반응을, 내화재로 내벽처리되고 내화성 볼, 금속성 철 및 염화 나트륨으로 충진된 탑반응기에서 수행하고, 반응기의 기저부에서 열을 공급하여 반응기를 650 내지 850℃로 가열시키고, 염소개스 및 공기를 반응기의 기저부로 도입시키고, 염소-함유배출개스를 반응기의 정상부에서 제거시키고, 반응완결시에 염화나트륨 및 운모성 산화철로 피복된 내화성 볼로 이루어진 반응 충진물을 반응기로부터 방출시키고, 운모성 산화철을 회수함을 특징으로하여, 운모성 산화철을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
