Claims (4)

  1. 하기 식(III)의 무수금속 유도체와 하기 식(II)의 플루오르를 함유한 1,3-디케톤을 휘발성 화합물을 제거하면서 용매를 사용하지 않고 직접 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기식(I)의 플루오르를 함유한 1,3-디케토네이토-금속 무수 착화물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서,
    Mm+는 m원자가를 갖는 금속의 양이온이고, m은 1-5의 정수로서, m과 m+의 절대값은 항상 동일해야 하며, R1은 1-6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 퍼플루오로알킬이며, R2는 R1, 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 아릴로서, 각각 8개 이하의 탄소원자를 가지며, R3는 수소 또는 R2이며, R2및 R3는 함께 결합하여 시클로알칸계를 형성할 수 있으며, X-는 금속염을 형성하는 휘발성 화합물의 음이온 부분임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대기수분을 제거한 곳에서, 바란직하게는 불활성대기하에서 반응이 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 유리물질의 표면처리를 위해 플루오르를 함유한 1,3-디케토네이토-금속 무수착화물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 핵자기공명 분광계의 이동시약으로 사용되기 위해 라탄계열의 금속이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루오르를 함유한 1,3-디케토네이토-금속 무수착화물의 제조방법.
