Claims (10)
- 코팅 물질이 용해되어 있는 액조에 물체를 담그므로써 유약칠된 도기(타일), 유리 또는 법랑의 판형 물체에 얇은 접착성 코팅을 적용하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 침지액(5)을 수용하기 위한 가열된 탱크(1)와, 상기 탱크 및 액조를 주위로부터 차폐하고 판형 물체(11)를 위한 입구 및 출구 스릿(12)(14)을 구비하고 있는 덮개 후드(8)와, 상기 덮개후드에 배치된 냉각장치(15)와, 탱크를 통해 하방으로 만곡된 통로를 따랄 입구 스릿으로부터 출구스릿으로 연장되는 컨베이어장치(21)와, 탱크내의 약위(6)를 높이거나 낮추기 위해 침지 구역을 조정하기 위한 장치(26)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 덮개후드(8) 내의 응축액 차폐부(16)(17)를 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 컨베이어 장치(21)는 이송속도는 어떤 한계내에서 변경될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 컨베이어 장치(21)는 연속적으로 배치된 3개의 컨베이어 구역(23)(23)(24), 즉 입구스릿(12)과 액위(6) 사이의 영역을 거의 걸쳐 있는 제1구역과, 침지액(5)을 포함한 탱크(1) 내에서 전적으로 거의 연장하고 있는 제2구역과, 액면과 출구 스릿(14) 사이의 영역을 거의 걸쳐 있는 제3구역으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 덮개후드(8)는 각각의 입구 및 출구스릿(12)(14)에 위치하는 흡입제거 장소로서 이중벽으로 설계되며 흡입원에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 선행항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 침지구역을 조정하는 장치(26)는 침지액(5)용 공급용기(27)와, 침지액을 공급용기로부터 탱크(1)까지 수송하기 위한 펌프929)와, 액을 탱크로부터 공급용기로 가게 하기 위한 밸브(31)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 펌프(29) 및 밸브(31)의 원격 조정용 액위지시기933)를 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 선행항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 침지조내의 코팅물질 농도용 적외선 분광측정장치(36)와, 코팅물질을 보충하기 위하여 상기 측정 장치에 의해 작동되는 보충장치(37)를 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.
- 선행항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 출입되는 물체(11)의 온도측정용 적외설 감지기(38)가 각각의 입구 및 출구 스릿(12)(14)에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치
- 선행항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 덮개후드(8)가 보호가스용 입구 및 출구개구(35)(35)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 판형물체 코팅장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
