Claims (6)
- 揮発性有機溶剤を含む着色塗料を収容する上方開放型の浸漬塗布槽と、該浸漬塗布槽の加温手段と、該浸漬塗布槽の周囲に配置して上部が開放した凝縮槽と、該凝縮槽内の冷却手段と、未塗装釘を所定間隔で保持した索体を上方から連続的に浸漬塗布槽内の着色塗料中に潜らせて引き出す釘送り手段と、凝縮槽内で凝縮した前記有機溶剤の液を回収する溶剤回収手段とを具備してなる釘の着色塗装装置。
- 前記凝縮槽から回収された有機溶剤を浸漬塗布槽内へ戻す溶剤返送手段を具備してなる請求項1記載の釘の着色塗装装置。
- 前記浸漬塗布槽内の着色塗料を循環させる塗料循環手段を具備してなる請求項1又は2に記載の釘の着色塗装装置。
- 前記冷却手段が、凝縮槽内の冷媒配管内を通る冷媒との熱交換によって有機溶剤ガスを凝縮させるものである請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の釘の着色塗装装置。
- 前記凝縮槽から回収された有機溶剤中の混入水を比重差によって分離する水分離槽を具備してなる請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の釘の着色塗装装置。
- 前記揮発性有機溶剤がメチレンクロライドである請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の釘の着色塗装装置。
