Claims (7)

  1. 특히 구리로된 금속관 위에 간격유지용 코일 부착하고, 간격유지용 코일이 부착된 금속관을 세로방향에 따라 특히 폴리염화비닐로 된 플라스틱 밴드로 둘러싸고, 플라스틱 밴드를 관으로 형성하여 그 가장자리들을 서로 결합시키되 밴드 가장자리들을 결합시키기 전에, 폴리 우레탄을 기초로 한 자연발포성 플라스틱 혼합물을 플라스틱 밴드 위에 부착하고 밴드 가장자리들을 결합시킨 후, 금속관과 플라스틱 밴드 사이의 환상공간으로 부터 거품을 걷두어내는 열절도관의 제조방법에 있어서, 플라스틱 밴드로서는 특히 연화된 폴리염화비닐로 만든 잘 구부러지는 밴드를 사용하고, 밴드의 양단 가장 자리들을 서로 겹쳐서 접착시키며, 플라스틱 밴드의 벽 두께는 0.08 내지 0.40밀리미터이고, 금속관을 간격유지물 및 관으로 형성되어 그 가장자리가 접착된 플라스틱밴드와 함께 거품이 생기는 범위 안에서 외부로 부러 지지하며, 발포 재로서는 유연성이 있는 폐쇄세포질의 폴리우레탄거품을 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 밴드의 가장자리를 용제 또는 예를들면, 시클로헥사논이나 테트라드히로푸란을 기초한 용액 접착제로 접착시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 밴드의 가장자리를 이른 바, 열용해 접착제로 접착시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제 1항 또는 그 이하의 항들중 한항에 있어서, 관리 관, 천공원판 또는 나선코일의 형태로 된 보정장치를 통과하게 되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제 1항 또는 그 이하의 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 관이 보정장치를 통과할 대 외부로 부터 윤활되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제 1항 또는 그 이하의 항들중 한 항에 있어서, 관으로 형성된 플라스틱 밴드가 발포 재층에서 거품이 발생하는 동안에, 세로방향으로 부착되고, 특히 그 밴드 가장자리에 접착되어 있는, 예를들면, 종이와 같은 기계적으로 단단한 물집로 구성된 외부 지지용덮개에 의하여 둘러 싸여 있고, 이러한 지지용 덮개는 특히 거품이 완전히 굳은 후에 완성된 도관으로부터 떼어내는 것이 특징인 방법.
