Abstract
PURPOSE: When polyolefin tapes are wound around core tubes, specific separators are inserted between layers partially, then these tapes are integrated by fusing, and the core tubes and separators are removed, thus producing title sheets with film- thickness dividing parts corresponding to the parts where the separators are inserted.
CONSTITUTION: A thermally shrinkable polyolefin tape or film 2 is laminated by winding it around core tube 1 to form part 2a and during lamination, separators 3 with releasable surfaces on both sides are inserted between laminates 2a over all the length in the lengthwise direction. The laminated part 2a is heated and integrated by fusing, then separators are removed. The resulting hollow article is cut on the separators or between the separators, which are removed, thus giving objecteive sheet S1 that has the parts of seprators 3 as the unbonded parts, that is, divided parts 4a, 4b.
