Abstract

본 발명은 그 내부에 배치되는 전선이나 전화선을 절연상태를 양호하게 보존하는 전선관의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명의 기술적인 특징은; 철판띠의 양면에 합정수지막을 일정한 두께로서 코팅하고, 합성수지막이 양면에 코팅된 수지코팅 철판띠를 소정의 파형으로 굴곡시키고, 굴곡된 파형의 수지코팅 철판띠를 나선형으로 중첩되도록 감아서 자선관을 형성하고, 상기 나선관을 열통로의 내부로 통과시켜서 수지코팅 철판띠의 양면에 코팅된 합성수지막이 상호간에 용용도면서 융착되도록 하여서 전선관을 제조하는 전선고나의 제조방법이다.

제4도는 제3도의 확대 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 철판띠의 양면에 합성수지막을 일정한 두께로서 코팅하고, 합성수지막이 양면에 코팅된 수지코팅 철판띠를 소정의 파형으로 굴곡시키고, 굴곡된 파형의 수지코팅 철판띠를 나선형으로 중첩되도록 감아서 나선관을 형성하고, 상기 나선관을 열통로의 낵부로 통과시켜서 수지코팅 철판띠의 양면에 코팅된 합성수지막이 상호간에 용용되면서 융착되도록 하여서 전선관을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 전선관의 제조방법.
