제3도 및 4도는 부유도체 차단판의 또다른 실시예의 평면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 할 ·헤룰트법에 의하여 적어도 1 이상의 탄화양극과 음극탄화기질을 덮고 있는 알루미늄층 사이에서 융해된 빙정석용액속에 용해된 알루미나를 전기분해하여 알루미늄을 생성하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루늄생성용 전해조에 있어서, 알루미늄층과 융해된 빙정석용액의 계면에 전기를 전도시키고, 음극탄화기질에 결합되어 있지 아니하며, 적어도 수직방향으로 자유로이 이동할 수 있는 부유차단판이 포함되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부유전도 차단판이 알루미늄층과 빙정석 용액의 계면전체에 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 부유전도차단판이 각 양극과 수직으로 한정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  4. 제1항-3항에 있어서, 부유전도차단판이 불연속적으로 병렬된 요소에 의하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  5. 제1-3항에 있어서 부유전도차단판이 유연한 연결수단에 의하여 서로 불연속적으로 연결되어 있는 요소에 의하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 부유전도 차단판에 전도성이 거의 없거나 또는 전혀없고, 양극하방으로 조작되며, 높이는 양극간의 최단거리와 거의 같은 제동수단이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
  7. 제1-6항에 있어서 각 양극과 부유전도 차단판 사이의 거리가 40mm 이하이고, 대개는 약 20mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 부유전도체 차단판이 포함된 알루미늄 생성용 전해조.
