Claims (14)

  1. 다음 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 다음 식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에 반응시켜서 다음 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. A는 C3-6알키닐라디칼, 할로겐, C1-4알콕시, C1-4알킬티오, C1-4알킬설피닐, C1-4알킬설포닐, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4할로알킬티오, C1-4할로알킬설피닐 혹은 C1-4할로알킬설포닐로 치환된 C1-6알킬라디칼, 혹은 C1-6알킬로 치환 혹은 비치환된 C2-4알케닐라디칼 혹은 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, -X-C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시카르보닐, 아미노, 모노 혹은 디(C1-4알킬)아미노, 카르바모일, 모노 혹은 디(C1-4알킬)카르바모일, 설파모일, 모노-혹은 디(C1-4알킬) 설파모일라디칼이고, A-X는 아미노라디칼 -NR6R7을 형성하고, E는 메틴 혹은 질소이고,
  3. R1은 수소, 할로겐, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4할로알콕시, C2-5알콕시알콕시, C1-5알킬티오, C1-5알킬설피닐 혹은 C1-5알킬설포닐이고, R2는 1-3 할로겐원자로 치환 혹은 비치환된 C1-3알킬 혹은 C1-3알콕시이고, R3는 수소, 할로겐, 아미노기 -NR4R5혹은 1-3 할로겐원자로 혹은 비치환된 C1-3알킬 혹은 메톡시, 에톡시 혹은 1-3 할로겐원자로 치환 혹은 비치환된 C1-4알콕시이고, R4는 수소 혹은 메틸이고, R5는 수소, C1-2알킬 혹은 메톡시이고, R6와R7은 각기 독립하여 수소, C1-4알킬, C3-6알케닐, C3-4알키닐, C3-6알콕시알킬, C1-4시아노알킬 혹은 두기가 질소와 함께 산소, 황을 지니는 5- 혹은 6원소의 포화이고 리환을 형성하고 혹은 -NR8라디칼이 되고, R8은 수소, C1-4알킬 혹은 벤질이고,
  4. X는 산소, 황, 혹은 설피닐 혹은 설포닐로서, 만일 X-A가 C3-4알케닐설피드, -설피닐 혹은 설포닐라디칼이고, R1이 수소, 할로겐, 메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸, 니트로, 시아노 혹은 메톡시메틸이면 R2는 C1-2알킬, 알콕시 혹은 메톡시메틸, R3는 메틸 혹은 메톡시가 되어야 한다.
  5. 다음 식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 다음 식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에 반응시켜서 상기한 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 상기 식에서 각 치환기는 1항에서 정의한 대로임.
  7. 다음 식(Ⅵ)의 화합물과 다음 식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 반응시켜서 상기한 식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
