Claims (10)

  1. 압력 변형 가능한 금속 파이프내부에 압력 변형가능한 합성수지 라이너가 설치된 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프에 있어서, 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프의 최소한 한쪽끝에 금속 파이프의 변형된 금속부분과 라이너의 변형된 플래스틱 부분으로 구성된 외측 방사상 플랜지가 있으며, 금속 파이프 플랜지와 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지 사이에 접착층을 형성시켜 두 플랜지를 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라이너 재료는 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 폴리염화비닐리덴 및 폴리프로필렌과 같은 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속파이프가 강철로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 무산소성 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 접착층이 에폭시 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프.
  6. 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프의 최소한 한쪽 끝에 플랜지를 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 플래스틱 라이닝 파이프는 변형시킬 수 있는 금속 파이프와 압력 변형되는 합성수지 라이너로 구성되며, 라이닝 파이프의 최소한 한쪽끝을 유압 변형시킨 일반적으로 방사상 플랜지를 형성시키고, 방사상 플랜지는 금속파이프 플랜지 부분과 수지라이너 플랜지 부분으로 구성되어 라이닝 파이프 끝에서 유압을 제거시키면 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지 부분이 금속파이프 플랜지 부분에서 분리되며, 금속과 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지 사이의 공간에 접착제를 가하여 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지부분에 압력을 주면 플래스틱 라이너 부분이 금속파이프 플랜지 부분에 순응하여 금속파이프 플랜지에 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지가 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 제작법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 금속 파이프 플랜지와 플래스틱 라이너 플랜지 사이의 공간에 접착제를 바르기 전에 두 플랜지의 인접 표면을 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 제작법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 접착제가 무산소성 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 제작법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 접착제가 에폭시 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 제작법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 수지 라이너를 폴리테트라폴루오로에틸렌, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 혼성중합체폴리불화 비닐리덴, 폴리염화 비닐리덴 및 폴리프로필렌 중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플랜지 제작법.
