Claims (9)

  1. 일반식 Ⅵ의 아민을 0℃ 내지 사용된 용매의 비등온도에서 유기용매 존재하 일반식 Ⅶ의 카르복실산의 관능적 유도체와 반응시키고, 수득된 화합물을 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 그의 산부가염으로 임의 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식 Ⅰ의 N-치환 니코틴 아미드 Ⅰ-옥사이드 및 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 그의 산부가염의 제조방법.
  2. 식중 X는 질소원자 또는 CH기를 나타내고, Am은 저급알킬, 히드록시 또는 페닐기가 있는 저급 알킬 또는 3-6탄소원자의 시클로알킬기에 의해, 또는 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐, 페닐 및 3-6 탄소원자의 시클로알킬의 균에서 선택된 기에 의해 치환된 아미노기, 두개의 같거나 서로 다른 저급알케닐 또는 저급 알키닐기에 의해 치환된 아미노기, 두개의 같거나 서로 다른(히드록시) 저급알킬 또는 (저급알콕시) 저급 알킬기에 의해 치환된 아미노기, 저급디알킬아미노기, 페닐, 3-6탄소원자의 시클로알킬, 메톡시 또는 히드록시기에 의해 치환된 저급 디알킬 아미노기, 피롤리디노기, 모르폴리노기, 티오모르폴리노기, 핵사메틸렌이미노기, 피페리디노기, 메틸, 히드록시 또는 히드록시메틸기에 의해 또는 두 메틸기에 의해 치환된 피페리디노기, 저급 알킬기 또는 (히드록시) 저급 알킬기에 의해 4-위치에 치환된 피페라지노기 및 저급 알킬기 또는 (히드록시) 저급 알킬기에 의해 4-위치에 치환되고 3-및/또는 5-위치에 메틸기를 갖는 피페라지노기를 나타낸다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 관승적 유도체가 그의 히드로클로라이드 형태의 염화물인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 관능적 유도체가 일반식 Ⅷ의 화합물인 방법.
  5. 식중 R0는 니트로페닐, 메톡시페닐, 트리릴 또는 벤즈히드릴기를 나타낸다.
  6. 제1∼3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 최종 생성물을 그의 염 형태로 분리하고 상기 염을 알칼리 수산화물 또는 탄산염으로 중화함으로써 유리염기를 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
