Abstract

The invention relates to a new compound having the general formula and to acid adjoining of its salts in which formula R1 and R2 mean, reapectively, hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl or optionally substituted C3-C6-member cycloalkyl containing C3-C6; R3, R4, R5, R6 & R7 being, respectively, hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, nitro, C1-C4 lower ester, C1-C4 lower alkyl, C1-C4 lower alkoxy, aryl, arylalkoxy or unsaturated aline, l being an integer from 0 to 7, m and n are, respectively, integers from 0 to 1, W is carbon or nitrogen, X - oxygen, sulphur, optionally substituted imine, Y is nitrogen or oxygen, and Z is hydrogen, C1-C8 alkoxy, aryloxy, C1-C4 alkylamine, cycloamine containing N1-N5 or oxogroup. The compounds have strogly expressed antitumour effect and low toxicity, for this reason being new antitumour substances.
