제5도는 핀이 삽입된 형성된 접점의 평면도.
제6도는 핀이 삽입전의 접점의 단면도.
제7도는 핀이 삽입된 접점의 단면도.
Claims (6)
- 안내 구멍이 뚫려 있는 평판 금속 재료로부터 예비 부하가 걸린 이중 비임 암 전기 접점을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 접점등의 한면에 하나의 비임이 접점의 등에 대해 약 10℃ 정도의 각을 이루도록 한쌍의 비임을 찍어내는데 이때 각 비임은 접점의 등에 대한 각을 만드는 제1끝과 띠 모약 재료의 동일 평면에서 찍어낼 탭과 가까이 있는 제2끝을 가지며 각 탭은 접점의 등에 평행이고 접점 등의 대치면에 있어서 삽입 부상에 위치하며, 각 비임은 동일 방향에 있는 탭에서 바깥방향으로 그 비임의 제2끝에 접점 표면을 형성하고, 탭이 예비부하용 멈춤 기능을 갖게 하고, 접점의 등으로부터 상자모양으로 탭을 돌출 형성시켜 핀접점용의 입구 경로를 만들며, 비임의 제1끝을 축에 예각이 되게 하여 평판면 위로 꺽어 접점의 등에 대해 90°를 이루게 하므로 U자 형태의 몸체를 이루도록 한 이중 비임 전기 접점 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 먼저 비임의 제1끝에 있는 평판면으로붙 약 10°정도 상부로 형성시키고 그 다음 제1끝 가까이 있는 평판면으로부터 약 20°정도 상부로 형성시킨 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 평판 금속띠 재료는 인-청동인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 평판 금속띠 재료는 베리륨-구리인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 각 비임 제2끝의 접점면은 곡면을 이루게 한 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 탭의 예비부하 멈춤 기능은 평판으로부터 약 45°의 각을 이루도록 탭을 형성시키므로 이루어지는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
