제1도는 본 발명의 유리섬유를 사용한 줄자 테이프의 일부 전개 사시도.
제2도는 유리섬유가 무질서하게 배합되어 있는 피브이씨(PVC)층의 사시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 무질서한 배열로 된 자연 또는 인조섬유와 함께 유리섬유를 평행하게 배열시키고 적어도 한면에는 매끄러운 프라스틱이 입혀져 있으며, 유리섬유층을 형성하도록 접착제를 사용하였으며 그 섬유층을 형성하기 위해 접착제에 의해 무질서한 배열로 되어있고 방사와 섬유층들은 외피내에서 피막을 이루도록 내재되어 있으며, 방사층을 이루기 위해 접착제를 사용하여 유리방사를 배열하였으며 그 섬듀들은 두개의 섬유층을 형성하도록 접착제 의해 무질서한 배열을 이루고 방사층은 두개의 섬유층 사이에 들어있으며 이들은 모두 프라스틱 외피내에 내재되어 있고, 자연 또는 인조섬유들이 무질서하게 배열된 프라스틱의 외피층 내에 내재되는 방사층을 이루도록 접착제 사용에 의해 유리방사가 내포되며, 방사가 접착제내에서 자연 또는 인조섬유와 결합되고, 제4도, 제5도, 제6도, 제7도를 참조하여 상기에 기술한 바와 같으며, 전기의 내용과 같이 형성되었을 당시의 줄자테이프로서 그 자연 또는 인조섬유들이 나일론, 폴리에스터, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 기타 자연섬유들로 구성된 줄자 테이프의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 무질서한 배열로된 자연 또는 인조섬유와 함께 유리섬유를 평행하게 배열시키고 적어도 한면에는 매끄러운 프라스틱이 입혀져 있는것.
  3. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 유리섬유층을 형성하도록 접착제를 사용하였으며 그 섬유들은 섬유층을 형성하기 위해 접착제에 의해 무질서한 배열로 되어 있고 방사와 섬유층들은 외피내에서 피막을 이루도록 내재되어 있는 것.
  4. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 방사층을 이루기 위해 접착제를 사용하여 유리방사를 배열하였으며 그 섬유들은 두개의 섬유층을 형성하도록 접착에 의해 무질서한 배열을 이루고 방사층은 두개의 섬유층 사이에 들어 있으며 이들은 모두 프라스틱 외피내에 내재되어 있는 것.
  5. 청구범위(1)에 있어서, 자연 또는 인조섬유들이 무질서하게 배열된 프라스틱의외 피층내에 내재되는 방사층을 이루도록 접착제 사용에 의해 유리방사가 내포되는 것.
  6. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 방사가 접착제 내에서 자연 또는 인조섬유와 결합되는 것.
  7. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 제4도, 제5도, 제6도, 제7도를 참조하여 상기의 청구범위중에서 기술된 것.
  8. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 전기한 바와 같은 청구범위의 내용과 같이 형성 되었을 당시의 줄자테이프.
  9. 청구범위 (1)에 있어서, 자연 또는 인조섬유들이 나일론, 폴리에스터, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 기타 자연섬유들로 구성된 것.
