Claims (3)

  1. 이동모울드를 지지하는 이동테이블이 고정모울드를 지지하는 고정테이블에 근접하고 멀어지는 방향으로 움직임으로써 모울드를 개폐상태로 하며, 형체실린더장치로 형체작용을 모울드의 폐쇄상태에서 행하는 사출성형기의 형체장치에 있어서, 고정테이블에서 위로 돌출되어 있으며, 모울드의 폐쇄상태에서 고정테이블의 대향측으로 이동테이블로부터 돌출되어 있는 부분의 외주표면상에 형성되어 있는 나사등과 같은 결속 요홈이 형성되어 있으며, 이동테이블의 이동을 가이드하는 타이로드, 타이로드의 축방향으로 이동될수 있으며, 모울드의 폐쇄상태에서 결속 요홈을 통해 타이로드와 결속되거나 해체될수 있게되어 있는 분리모울드형 로킹부재, 로킹부재와 이동테이블 사이에 사이에 놓여있는 형체실린더 등으로 이루어지는 것이 특징인 사출성형기의 형체장치.
  2. 이동모울드를 지지하는 슬라이드가 복수개의 타이로드와 베이스에 고정되어 있는 모울드 개폐실린더에 의해 고정모울드를 지지하는 베이스에 대해 전진 및 후퇴함으로써, 모울드를 개폐상태로 하며, 모울드의 폐쇄상태에서 형체실린더에 의해 형체가 이루어지며, 상기 타이로드의 각각에 그 외주표면에 형성되어 있는 결속부가 제공되어 있으며 상기 형체실린더가 로킹부재와 슬라이드 사이에 놓여있으며, 상기 로킹부재가 타이로드의 결속부와 결속이 풀어질수 있게끔 결속될 속될 수 있도록 타이로드상에 이동가능케 장착되어 있으며, 또한 상기 타이로드에 그 외주표면에 형성되어 있는 두개의 축방향의 대칭인 가이드 표면이 제공되어 있으며, 상기 슬라이드에 최소한 하나가 테이퍼진 가이드표면 및 그 표면들에 대향하여 있는 가이드슈즈와 함께 형성되어 있는 타이로드 활동공의 각각이 제공되어 있는 것이 특징인 사출성형기의 형체장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 로크판은 형체실린더와 대향하여 놓여있고 조정가능한 위치선정장치에 의해 미리 선정해놓은 위치에 지지되며 상기 로킹부재가 보통의 로크판상에 지지되어 있는 것이 특징인 사출성형기의 형체장치.
