Claims (1)
- (a) 제 1 단계에서, 밀도가 0.915~0.930이며 에틸렌함량이 93~97중량%이며, 부텐-1함량이 7~3중량%이며 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 결정질 융점이 115~125℃이고 적어도 일부가 결정질 선형 에틸렌 공중합체이며, 적어도 30중량%이상이 110℃이하의 온도에서 용융 가능한 결정질 부분으로 이루어진 에틸렌/부텐-1 공중합체를 그의 염소항량이 10~20%에 도달할때가지 수성현탁액중에서 110~115℃의 온도로 염소화시키고, (b) 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 출발 에틸렌/부텐-1 공중합체의 결정질 융점보다 낮으며 제 1 단계에서의 온도보다 5℃이상 높은 온도에서 제 2 단계를 행하고, (c) 최종 생성물의 염소 함량이 25~35중량%에 이를때까지 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 출발 에틸렌/부텐-1 공중합체의 결정질 융점보다 6±2℃더 낮은 온도에서 제 3 단계를 행함을 특징으로 하며, 중합체의 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 결정질 융점보다 적어도 5℃이상 더 낮은 온도에서 수성 현탁액중 염소기체를 공급하면서 에틸렌 중합체를 염소화시키는 제 1 단계, 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 염소화된 에틸렌 중합체의 결정질 융점보다 더 높으며 제 1 단계에서의 염소화 온도보다 5℃이상 더 높은 온도에서 염소 기체공급없이 실질적으로 염소기체 부재하 염소화된 에틸렌 중합체를 열처리하는 제 2 단계, 및 시차주사열량계에 의하여 측정된 출발중합체의 결정질 융점보다 더 낮고 제 2 단계에서의 온도보다 더 낮거나 같은 온도로 수성 현탁액중에서 최종 염소 함량에 이를때까지 염소기체를 공급하면서 상기의 가열 처리된 염소화 에틸렌 중합체를 염소화시키는 제 3 단계로 이루어진, 실온에서 10kg/㎤이하의 100% 모듈러스를, 그리고 -20℃에서 100kg/㎤이하의 25% 모듈러스를 갖는 후-염소화 에틸렌/부텐-1 공중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
