Claims (10)

  1. 아래식(1)과 같은 일반식을 가지는 촉매존재하에 올레핀을 이성질화함을 특징으로하는 감마알루미나로 된 촉매 존재하의 올레핀 결합 이성질화 방법.
    aAl2O3·bSiO2·cMexOy(1)
    단 (1)식에 있어서 MexOy는 ⅡA족과/또는Ⅷ족과/또는 ⅢB족과/또는 란탄족 원소등의 2가 또는 3가 금속(들)의 산화물이고, a,b,c는 각각 Al2O3,SiO2및 MexOy의 몰수이며 b와 c는 다음식(2)과 같은 관계를 가짐.

    식 (2)에 있어서 B는 0.01과 같거나 이보다 큰 수이고 b는 0-0.300사이의 수인데 특히 0.020-0.0250사이의 수이고(b+c)/a의 비는 0.01-9.0사이이며 m은 0.7-0.1사이의 수임.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 올레핀의 이성질화 온도를 350-550℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 올레핀의 이성질화 온도를 450-500℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 올레핀의 이성질화 온도를 0.1-10ata로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서 올레핀의 이성질화 압력을 0.5-3ata로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 ⅡA족 금속으로서는 칼슘을 사용하고 촉매중의 CaO의 몰수가 다음식과 같이 SiO2의 몰수와 관계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    Ca0몰수≥0.500×SiO2몰수+0.030
    단 위의 식에서 SiO2의 몰수는 0-0.300, 특히 0.020≥0.250의 범위로 함.
  7. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 ⅡA족 금속으로서는 바륨을 사용하고 촉매중의 BaO의 몰수가 다음식과 같이 SiO2의 몰수와 관계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    BaO몰수≥0.500×SiO2몰수+0.020
    단 위의식에서 SiO2의 몰수는 0-0.300, 특히 0.020-0.250의 범위로 함.
  8. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 금속으로서는 란탄 또는 란탄족 원소를 사용하고 촉매중의 La2O3또는 산화란탄의 몰수가 다음식과 같이 SiO2의 몰수와 관계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법
    La2O3몰수≥0.257×SiO2몰수+0.014
    단, 위의 식에서 SiO2의 몰수는 0-0.300, 특히 0.020-0.250의 범위로 함.
  9. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 Ⅷ족 금속으로서는 철을 사용하고 촉매중의 Fe2O3의 몰수가 다음식과 같이 SiO2의 몰수와 관계를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    Fe2O3몰수≥0.290×SiO2몰수+0.018
    단, 위의 식에서 SiO2의 몰수는 0-0.300, 특히 0.020-0.250의 범위로 함.
  10. 앞에나온 청구범위들에 있어서 올레핀의 공간 속도를 2-20h-1, 특히 4-8h-1의 범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
