Claims (12)
- 반응 혼합물이 수성매체에 의해 냉각되어 멜라민과 반응 부산물을 함유한 수성생성성 스트림이 형성되고, 생성멜라민이 공정으로 재순화되는 잔여 수성 스트립을 남기면서 상기 수성생성 스트립과 분리되는 요소 또는 열분해 생성물로부터 멜라민을 제조하며 부산물을 포함하고 있는 상기 잔여 수성스트림의 일부를 나머지 잔여 수성스트림에서 분리하여 상기 공정에 재순환시키기 전에 부산물 제거처리를 함을 특징으로 하는 멜라민의 제조방법
- 부산물 제거처리를 받게 되는 잔여 수성스트림의 비율은 상기 스트림의 5-50%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 1항에 따른 멜라민 제조방법
- 부산물 제거처리를 받게 되는 잔여 수성스트림의 비율은 상기 스트림의 8-15%임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따른 멜라민의 제조 방법
- 잔여 수성스트림의 일부는 그 pH 값을 7.5-9.0으로 낮추는 처리를 받아서 상기 부산물의 침전을 형성하며, 상기 침전물을 여과에 의해 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구 범위 제1,2,3항에 따른 멜라민의 제조방법
