Claims (6)

  1. 시안기를 갖지 않는 극성기 함유 폴리머의 분체 또는 성형체에 대해, 구리, 코발트, 아연, 수은 및 납 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 황화물과 함께, 그의 보조금속성분으로서 은, 금 또는 백금족 금속 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속성분을 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 고분자 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조금속성분이 황화물의 상태로 결합하여 있는 재료.
  3. 금속 황화물을 미리 결합시킨 시안기를 갖지 않는 극성기 함유 전도성 폴리머의 분체 또는 성형체를, 은, 금 또는 백금족 금속 중에서 선택된 1종이상의 보조금속 이온을 함유하는 용액을 사용하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 고분자 재료의 제법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 처리를 환원성 황화합물의 존재하에 행하든가 혹은 상기 처리후 환원성 황화합물을 사용하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 제법.
  5. 환원성 황성분을 미리 결합시킨 시안기를 갖지 않는 극성기 함유 폴리머의 분체 또는 성형체를, 구리, 코발트, 아연, 수은 및 납 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속의 이온과, 은, 금 또는 백금족 금속 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보조금속 이온을 함유하는 용액을 사용하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 도전성 고분자 재료의 제법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 처리를 환원성 황화합물의 존재하에 행하든가 혹은 상기 처리후 환원성 황화합물을 사용하여 처리함을 특징으로 하는 제법.
