Claims (8)
- 시안기를 가진 물질에 대해 황화구리와 함께 그 보조금속 성분으로서 은, 금 및 백금쪽 금속 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속성분을 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 당해 보조금속 성분이 황화물의 상태로 결합하고 있는 도전성 재료.
- 황화구리를 미리 결합시킨 시안기를 가진 도전성 물질은 은, 금 및 백금족 원소 중에서 선택된 1종이상의 금속이온을 함유하는 용액을 사용하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 재료의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 처리를 환원성 황화합물의 존재하에서 행하거나, 또는 상기의 처리후에 환원성 황화합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 시안기를 가진 물질을(A)1가 구리이온원 (B) 은, 금 및 백금족 원소 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 이온 및 (C)환원성 황화합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 재료의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 처리를 동일 탕중에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 처리후 성분(B) 및 (C)의 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분(A) 및 (B)의 처리 후 성분 (C)의 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
