제4도는 프셔와 독의 계합위치관계를 도해적으로 도시한 대기부의 일부를 포함하는 프리이라인의 부분평면도로서
제7도는 캐리어를 대기부로 부터 파우어라인 단속부에 송출하는 상태를 차례로 도시하는 제1도의 확대부분 평면도.
제8도는 이 캐리어에 후속 캐리어가 접근했을 때의 부분측면도.
제9도는 제8도의 IX-IX선에 따르는 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 단속상으로 배치된 제1 및 제2파우어 라인과 양 파우어 라인에 걸치고, 또 이들의 하향에 배치된 프리라인과 파우어라인측의 구동체인에 소정간격으로 장착된 상하요동자재한 다수의 프셔와, 프리이라인측의 다수의 캐리어에 설치되고 또 프셔와 계합하는 독과, 각 캐리어에 설치되고, 또 뒤에 독이 들어가는 요소(凹所)를 가지는 프셔압상용 캠으로 구성되는 파우어 앤드 프리이 콘베이어에 있어서 프셔가 비스듬히 뒤쪽 하방으로 벋은 수하부와, 수하부의 하단에 설치되고, 또 가로방향으로 벋은 수평부를 구비하고, 수평부의 앞쪽에 상부 뒤밀이면과 하부뒤밀이면이 형성되는 동시에 수평부의 하면에서 그 길이의 중앙에 요부가 설치되고, 캠은 앞저위부와 뒤고위부를 구비하고, 앞저위부의 상면에서 그 폭의 중앙에 요부에 대응하는 철부가 형성되고, 뒤고위부의 상면은 독의 상면과 동일높이 이상이고, 프리이라인에는 파우어라인 단속부의 앞쪽에 캐리어 대기부가 형성되고, 캐리어 대기부는 제1 파우어 라인의 직하에서 대기부에 정지하고 있는 캐리어의 캠의 철부에 후방으로 부터 전진해 온 프셔의 수평부가 간섭할 수 있는 범위에서 가로방향으로 어긋나 있는 동시에 캐리어의 길이보다 길게 구성되는 파우어 앤드 프리이 콘베이어.
