Claims (14)
- 메틸렌(CH2)과 아미드(NHCO) 그룹의 비(CH2:NHCO)가 5:1 내지 7:1의 범위내인 알코올-불용성 폴리아미드 수지와 작용성 극성 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 10,000이상인 수용성, 막 표면 조절 중합체를 함유하는 주조용 수지계와 주조용 수지 계가 용해되는 용매계로 이루어진 주조용액을 제조하고; 농도, 온도, 첨가속도 및 혼합강도 등이 조절된 조건하에 주조용 수지 계에 대한 비용매를 조절하면서 가함으로서 주조 용액의 핵 형성을 유도하여 주조용 수지계 입자의 가시 침전물을 수득함으로서 주조 조성물을 형성시키고; 주조 조성물을 기판위에 펼쳐 얇은 필름을 형성시키고; 주조 조성물의 필름을 용매와 비용매 액체의 혼합물로 이루어진 주조용 수지 계에 대한 액체 비용매 계로 접촉, 희석시킴으로서 주조 조성물로부터 주조용 수지계를 침전시켜 조절된 기공표면 특성을 갖는 얇은 표피가 없는 표면이 조절된 친수성 폴리아미드 세공막을 얻고; 막을 세정하여 용매를 제거하고; 막을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하여, (a) 유체내 입자물질, (b) 유체내 비 입자물질, 또는 (c), (a)와 (b) 양자와 조절된 방법으로 반응 또는 상호작용을 할 수 있는 성질과 기공표면 특성을가지며 물에 쉽게 적셔지는 표면이 조절된, 표피가 없는, 알코올-불용성의 친수성 폴리아미드 세공막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조용 조성물을 기판위에 펼치기 전에 침전된 주조용 수지계 입자를 재용해시키거나 여과함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 폴리헥사메틸렌아디프아미드, 폴리-e-카프로락탐 또는 폴리헥사메틸렌 세바카미드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지가 폴리헥사메틸렌 아디프아미드이고, 주조용 수지계에 대한 용매계가 포름산으로 이루어지고, 핵형성을 유도하기 위하여 가하는 비용매가 물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4제중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 기판위에 형성된 필름을 액체 비용매계의 조에 침지시킴으로서 주조용 조성물의 필름을 액체 비용매계로 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 막 표면 조절 중합체가 하이드록실, 카복실, 술포닉, 페놀릭, 아민, 설프하이드릴, 설파이드, 티오카보닐, 포스핀, 포스포릴, 티오포스포릴 또는 이들의 비반응성 조합인 작용성 극성 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 주조 조성물을 기판위에 연속적으로 펼치고, 주조 조성물의 엷은 필름을 액체 비용매계의 조에 연속적으로 침지시키고 주조 조성물의 얇은 필름으로 부터 조내로 용매가 확산되는 것을 보상하는데에 충분한 양의 비용매를 조에 가함으로서 비용매와 용매에 대한 조의 조성을 거의 일정하게 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기판이 주조용액에 의해 적셔서 침지되어 막 필름의 일부로서 혼입된 다공성 웨브를 갖는 막 필름을 형성하는 개구조직을 갖는 섬유상 폴리에스테르 시이트 또는 기타의 다공성 웨브 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 메틸렌(CH2)과 아미드(NHCO) 그룹의 비(CH2:NHCO)가 5:1 내지 7:1의 범위내인 알코올 불용성의 소수성 폴리아미드 수지로 부터 유도되며 분자량이 10,000이상인 막 표면 조절-중합체의 작용성 극성 그룹에 의해 거의 조절되는 표면 특성과 (a), 유체내의 입자물질, (b) 유체 내의 비입자물질, 또는 (c), (a)와 (b) 양자와 조절된 방법으로 반응 또는 상호작용을 할 수 있는 성질을 지님을 특징으로 하는 표면이 조절된 표피가 없는, 알코올-불용성의 친수성 폴리아미드 세공막.
- 제9항에 있어서, 막의 표면이 하이드록실, 카복실, 술포닉, 페놀릭, 아민, 설프하이드릴, 티오카보닐, 포스핀, 포스포릴, 티오포스포릴 또는 이들의 비반응성 조합으로 이루어진 작용성 극성 그룹을 갖는 표면 조절 중합체로서 거의 완전히 뒤덮혀짐을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 표면위의 작용성 극성 그룹과 유체 매체내 금속 물질과의 상호작용으로 인하여 막의 표면에 착염이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 작용성 극성 그룹이 아민, 피리딜, 술포닉, 설프하이드릴, 티오카보닐, 포스핀, 포스포릴 및 이민임을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제19항 내지 12항중의 어느 하나에 따르는 표면이 조절된, 표피가 없는, 알코올-불용성의 친수성 폴리아미드 세공막으로 이루어진 여과기 구성 요소.
- 메틸렌(CH2)과 아미드(NHCO)그룹의 비(CH2:NHCO)가 5:1 내지 7:1의 범위내인 알코올-불용성의 소수성 폴리아미드수지 80 내지 99.9%, 그리고 작용성 극성그룹을 가지며 분자량이 10,000 이상인 막표면 조절 중합체 20 내지 0.1로 부터 유도되며 (1) 막 표면 조절 중합체의 작용성 극성 그룹에 의해 거의 조절되는 표면 특성 및 (2)(a), 유체내의 입자물질, (b), 유체내의 비입자물질, 또는 (c), (a)와 (b) 양자와 조절된 방법으로 반응 또는 상호작용을 할 수 있는 성질을 지님을 특징으로 하는 전체의 표면이 조절된, 표피가 없는 알코올-불용성의 친수성 폴리아미드 세공막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
