Claims (6)
- 붕산을 촉매로 하여 반응계내에 존재시키고서, 유기카르복시산에 과산화수소를 반응시켜서 반응계내의 몰을 물과 함께 끊는 유기용매에 의한 물과 함게 끓는 증류버벵 의하여 연속적으로 반응계로부터 제거하여 제조되는 C2-4의 과산화카르복시산으로 시클로헥사논을 산화처리하여 ε-카프로락톤을 제조함에 있어서, 과산화카르복시산의 단위몰비에 대하여 시클로헥사논의 몰비를 0.50 내지 0.99의 범위로 하고서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 ε-카프로락톤의 진보적 제조방법.
- 산화반응을 끝낸 액체에 잔류되는 반응하지 못한 카르복시산과 과잉분의 과산화카르복시산과 함께 끊는 물질 또는 용매와를 증류분취하여 과산화카르복시산의 제조과정에 순환사용함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 기재의 진보적 제조방법.
- 전술의 증류과정에서 얻는 ε--카프로락톤의 조제물을 감압하에서 증발 정제함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항과 제2항에 기재한 어느 하나의 진보적 제조방법.
- 과산화프로피온산을 시클로헥사논의 산화제로 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재한 어느 하나의 진보적 제조방법.
- 함께 끓는 용매 또는 물질을 1, 2-디클로로에탄으로 하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항내지 제4항의 어느 하나에 기재한 진보적 제조방법.
- 연속적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 기재한 방법.
