Claims (5)
- 열가소성 수지를 용융 압출하여 압출물로부터 형성된 용융된 상태의 튜브형 필름을 확장, 냉각시켜 취입필름을 성형하는 방법에 있어서 상기 용융된 상태의 튜브형 필름을 서냉실로보내어 서서히 가열 또는 냉각하고, 용융된 상태의 필름을 상기 서냉실에서 배출시킨 다음 공기링으로부터 상기 튜브형 필름의 축에 수직으로 냉각공기를 취입시켜 빠르고 균일하게 냉각시키면서 용융된 상태의 튜브형 필름을 확장시키고, 공기흐름 정류실린더의 바닥으로부터 나오는 제2의 냉각공기를 통과시켜 상기 튜브형 필름을 계속 냉각시키고, 그리고 공기흐름 정류실린더와 공기배플 사이의 배기공 및 튜브형 필름과 공기배플사이의 배기공으로 냉각공기를 배출시켜 마지막으로 튜브형 필름을 완전히 냉각시키고 응고시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 서냉실 및 용융된 상태의 수지를 그의 응고점 이상의 온도로 유지시키는 방법.
- 환상다이로부터 열가소성 수지를 압출시켜, 공기링으로부터 나오는 공기로 냉각시키고, 내부압력으로 압출물을 확장시켜 취입튜브형 필림을 성형시키는 장치에 있어서, 튜브형 필름주위에 위치하며 다이와 공기링에 접촉되어 그 사이에 위치한 서냉실, 튜브형 필름의 축에 대하여 수직으로 냉각공기를 취입시키는 공기링, 튜브형 필름과 같은 축으로 밖에 설치된 공기흐름 정류실린더(상기 공기링과 실린더는 그들 사이에 제2냉각공기용 유입구를 형성, 및 공기흐름 정류실린더 위에 설치된 배플 상기 실린더와 배플은 그들 사이에 냉각공기용의 제2의 유출구를 형성하고 상기 튜브형 필름과 배플은 그들 사이에 냉각공기용 유출구를 형성)등으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
