Claims (3)
- 처음에는 원소 니켈과 유기인 화합물을 반응시켜 제조하며 아릴 보란으로 촉진된 무가의 니켈-유기인 리드간드를 함유한 촉매 존재하에 시안화수소를 비공액, 불포화 니트릴에 부가시키고, 이때 생성된 생성물 유체를 적어도 약 60℃의 온도에서 파라핀 또는 사이클로 파라핀과 접촉시켜 형성된 촉매를 함유한 제1의 가벼운 탄화수소 추출물상과 무거운 디니트릴상을 서로 분리시킴으로서 디니트릴을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1의 가벼운 추출물상을 충분히 냉각시켜 제2의 가벼운 상과 제2의 무거운 상을 형성시키고, 제2의 상을 분리시켜, 제2의 가벼운 상으로부터 얻은 잔류물질의 적어도 일부분을 상기원소 니켈과 반응시키기 위해 처음의 촉매 제조공정으로 되돌려 보냄을 특징으로 하는 디니트릴의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가벼운 추출물상을 약 45℃ 이하로 냉각시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가벼운 추출물상을 20 내지 30℃ 범위의 온도로 냉각시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
