제1도는 제한받지 않는 대기중에서 원형단면을 갖는 가스기류이동에 수반되는 현상을 나타낸 도. 제2도는 제1도와 같은 형태의 기류에서의 가스의 평균속도와 기류한계의 단면을 나타낸 도.
Claims (16)
- 섬유가 가스기류를 따라 이들이 수거되어 매트를 형성하는 장소로 운반되고, 이 가스기류는 희석가스(attenuating gas)와 이 가스가 진행하는 동안 주위대기에서 이 희석가스로 혼합되는 가스로 구성되는 섬유 메트제조방법에 있어서, 가스기류 주변에서 이 가스의 일부를 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스제거가 섬유가 고형화되는 점의 기류통로에서 행하여 짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제거위치에서 가스기류로 유도되는 가스량이 본래 가스량의 2배 이상이 됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제거를 기류 주변에 위치한 일부가스에 대하여 행하고 또 유입되는 섬유비율이 운반되는 전섬유의 2%미만이 되도록 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제거가 가스유속이 동일위치에서의 최대유속 Vm의 절반과 거의 동일한 기류주변에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제거된 가스의 양이 제거를 행하지 않은 경우에 동일위치에서의 가스기류량과 거의 동일함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가스제거가 섬유운반 가스기류와 완전히 반대방향으로 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 섬유가 가스기류를 따라 운반되고 또 섬유를 수거하는 수집기구상에서 분리되며, 이 가스를 수집기구 하부공정으로 흡인통과시키는 섬유메트 제조방법에 있어서, 수집기구 상부공정상의 가스기류통로에서, 가스기류 주변으로부터 이 기류의 일부를 제거하며, 이 제거된 부분으로 제조되는 메트위치에서의 가스통과 속도를 3m/초이하로 줄일수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 접결조성물(binding comps ition)을 섬유상에 분무시키는 제8항에 있어서, 제조되는 메트위치에서의 가스온도를 접결처리온도보다 낮게 유지할 수 있도록 제거된 가스가 충분한 양의 열량을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 이 위치에서 제조되는 메트를 통과하는 가스량의 감소가 제거를 사용하지 않은 경우에서의 가스량감소와 비교할때 25%이상의 압력저하에 해당하는 감소를 이룰 수 있도록 제거된 가스량을 선정함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 섬유가 가스기류를 따라 운반되어, 섬유를 수거하는 다공성수집 기구상에서 섬유를 분리시키고 또 분리가스를 기구를 통해 통과시키며, 이 가스가 수집기구 하부공정에서 흡입되는 섬유메트 제조방법에 있어서, 수집기구 상부공정의 가스기류 통로에서, 가스기류 주변으로부터 일부분의 기류가 제거되며, 수집기구를 통과하는 가스량이 10%이상만큼 줄수록 제거가스량을 조정함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 가스기류주변에 위치한 1개 또는 몇개의 올리피스(2)를 포함하는 제거기구로 구성되고, 이들 올리피스가 가스제거가 섬유운반 가스기류흐름과 반대방향으로 이루어지도록 배향된 상기 1항 내지 제11항에 따른 제법을 수행할 수 있는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 환상단변을 갖는 기류상에서의 제거를 위하여 제거올리피스(2)가 고리형 입구로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제거올리피스(2) 상부공정에 가스기류를 차단하기 위한 기구(3, 8)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 제거올리피스의 하부공정에 주위공기가 기류의 역방향으로 흐르게됨을 방지하기 위해 기류를 차단하는 충분한 길이의 판벽(4)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
