Claims (43)

  1. 기질에 염기성 염료를 가하고 기질을
  2. A) 모노-또는 다관능성 1급 또는 2급 아민을 시안아미드, 디시안디아미드(DCDA), 구아니딘 또는 비구아니딘과 반응시키거나, 또는 암모니아를 시안아미드 또는 DCDA와 반응시킨 생성물(여기서 50몰%이하의 시안아미드 DCDA. 구아니딘 또는 비구아니딘은 디카복실린산 또는 이들의 모노-또는 디-에스테르로 대체될 수 있으며, 이 생성물 A는 질소와 결합한 반응성 수소원자를 함유함)의 예비축합물 또는 혼합물을 함유하는 고착제로 연속 또는 동시에 처리하거나, 또는
  3. B) 4급 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민을
  4. C) 포름알데하이드 또는 포름알데하이드 전구체 및/또는
  5. D) 우레아, 멜라민, 구아니딘, 트리아지논, 우론, 카바메이트 또는 산 아미드의 N-메틸을 유도체로 연속 또는 동시에 처리하거나, 임의로 이들모두와 E) 상기 D) 형태의 N-메틸을 화합물의 가교결합을 촉매로 연속 또는 동시에 처리하여 히드록시 그룹을 함유하는 기질에 견뢰도를 증진시키기 위한 염색 및 날염 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기질을 고착제로 처리한 다음 계속해서 염색 또는 날염하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고착제가 A)와 B)와 D) 또는 A)와 C), 선택적으로 이들과 D)의 예비축합물 또는 혼합물을 포함하는 염색 및 날염방법.
  8. 상기 각항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고착제가 촉매 E)를 함유하는 염색 및 날염방법.
  9. 상기 각항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 A)는 다음 일반식(I)의 다작용기 아민과 시안아미드, DCDA 구아니딘 또는 비구아니딘의 반응 생성물인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  10. RRN-(Z-X)nZ-URR (I)
  11. 상기 일반식을 설명하면,
  12. R각각은 수소 또는 히드록시, C1-4알콕시 또는 사이노를 갖는 비치환된 C1-10알킬그룹 또는 모노 치환된 C1-10알킬그룹이며,
  13. n는 0내지 100이며,
  14. Z, 또는 N>0인 경우의 Z 각각은 C1-4알킬렌 또는 히드록시 알킬렌이며,
  15. X, 또는 n>1인 경우의 X 각각은 -O-, -S-또는-NR-(R이 상기 정의한 바와 같은)이다. (단, 상기 일반식(I)의 아민은 하나 이상의 반응성-NH 또는-NH2그룹을 함유하는 데에서)
  16. 상기 제5항에 있어서, 성분 A)가 DCDA와 디에틸렌 트리아민 또는 트리에틸렌 테트라아민의 반응 생성물인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  17. 상기 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 반복 단위를 가지는 염색 및 날염 방법.
  19. 상기 일반식을 설명하면,
  20. R1은 C1-4알킬이며,
  21. R2는 H 또는 OH이며
  22. X1은, -CH2-또는-CH2-CH2-이며 또한
  23. X2는 -CH2CH2-OCH2CH2- 또는-(CH2)|b-이다.

  25. b는 1내지 5이며 A는 음이온이다)
  26. 제7항에 있어서, 성분 B)가 일반식 (Ⅱ)'의 반복 단위를 가지는 염색 및 날염 방법.
  28. 여기서 은 C1-4알킬
  29. m'는 2내지 30이다.
  30. 제1항내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서 성분 D를 N.N'-디메틸올-4.5-디히드록시 또는 4,5-디메톡시-에틸렌 우레아, N,N'-디메틸올-4-메톡시-5,5-디메틸-프로필렌우레아, N,N'-디메틸올 카바메이트와이들의 메틸과 에틸 에테르중에서 선택한 염색 및 날염방법.
  31. 제1항내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 촉매 E)가 염화마그네시윰인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  32. 상기 제1내지 6항과 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 고착제가 성분 A)와 D)의 예비 응축액으로 구성되는 염색 날염 방법.
  33. 제11항에 있어서 예비 응축액이 촉매 F)의 존재하에서 형성되는 염색 및 날염 방법.
  34. 제1항내지 4항과 제7항내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서 고착제가 성분 B)와 D)의 예비 응축액으로 구성된 염색 및 날염 방법.
  35. 제13항에 있어서, 예비 응축액이 촉매 E)의 존재하에서 형성되는 염색 및 날염 방법.
  36. 제11내지 14항중 어느 하나에 있어서 A) 또는 B)와 D) 및 촉매 E)의 중량비가 1:0.625내지 22:0.625내지 범위인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  37. 제1항내지 6항에 있어서 고착제가 성분 A)와 B)의 예비 응축액으로 구성된 염색 및 날염 방법.
  38. 제16항에 있어서 포름알데히드 C)에 대한 성분 A)의 몰비가 A)에 처음부터 존재하는 아민의 몰수를 기준으로 했을 때 1:2 내지 6의 범위인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  39. 제1항내지 제17항중 어느 하나에 있어서 염기성 염료는 분자량(양이온 또는 금속이온이 없는 양성자 첨가형으로)이 400내지 1200이고 전해질이 없는 염료욕에서 몰비 1:20 90분간의 비등에 의한 1/1표준 농도의 염색에서 머세르화한 면에 대한 흡진율이 50내지 100%인 염색 및 날염 방법.
  40. 제1항내지 제18항중 어느 하나에 있어서 기질(基質)이 최종적으로 열에 의한 속성 과정(heat curing step)을 거치는 처리방법.
  41. 상기 실시예에 기술한 바에 따라 면에 견뢰도가 우수한 염색을 행하는 방법
  42. 제1항 내지 제20항중 어느 한 방법에 따라 제조된 히드록시 그룹을 함유하는 기질에 대한 견뢰도가 우수한 염기성 염색 방법.
