Claims (2)

  1. 복수개의 초음파 진동자를 배열해서 사용하는 초음파 진단장치에 있어서 개개의 초음파 진동자와 그 구동회로 및 수신회로로 결정되는 주파수 응답특성이 배열초음파 진동자 사이에서 조금씩 달라지도록 구성하고, 다시 중심주파수 및 대역이 가변하는 필터 또는 대역통과 형증폭기를 배치하여 실효적으로 초음파 진동자의 구경을 가변으로 하는 구성의 초음파 진단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개개의 배열진동자의 송신회로 및 수신회로에 초음파 비임의 축위의 어떤 범위에 걸쳐서 분산적으로 초음파 비임이 접속하도록 지연시간을 설정한 지연회로를 삽입하므로써 실효적으로 가변구경과 가변촛점이 동시에 실시되는 구성으로된 초음파 진단장치.
