제1도는 수지로 채워진 호우스 브레이싱 시스템(hose bracing system)을 사용한 터어빈 발전기에 있는 물로서 냉각된 고정자 코일(stator coil)의 단말권선(end winding)의 부분도이다. 제2도는 제1도에 있는 단면중 한 부분의 등부피도인데 단말권선 사이의 스페이서(spacer)를 설명한 것이다.
Claims (9)
- 유체, 겔 형태의 수지 시스템에 있어서, 단량체와 중합체의 중량비가 1.5 : 1에서 3.0 : 1인 액체 디알릴 이소프탈레이트 단량체와 고체 디아릴이소프탈레이트 프레폴리머와의 혼합된 액체 디알릴 이소프탈레이트의 혼합물과, 액체 디알릴이소프탈리이트 혼합물에 물리적 상호 침투를 하고 1액체 디알릴 이소프탈레이트의 자유스러운 흐름을 막는 고리조직망을 제공하는데 효과적인 다량의 고리 형태의 이소시아네이트로 종단된 폴리우레탄의 프레폴리머 그리고, 이소시아네이트로 종단된 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 고리 협력제와, 가열상태에서 수지 시스템이 경화할 때 액체 이소프탈레이트 혼합물의 촉매로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체, 겔태형의 수지 시스템.
- 제1항의 시스템에 있어서, 평균 분자량이 200,000에서 300,000사이이고, 반응하지 않는 펜단트 알릴 그룹을 함유하고, 디알릴이소프탈레이트 단량체 : 프레폴리머의 중량비가 2.0 : 1에서 2.5 : 1로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 디알릴이소프탈레이트프로폴리머의 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항의 시스템에 있어서, 액체 디알릴 이스프탈레이트의 혼합물 100그람에 대하여 NCD그룹의 당량이 0.010에서 0.020사이이고 이소시아네이트로 종단된 프레폴리머의 평균 분자량이 700에서 2,500사이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트로 종단된 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 조성물.
- 제1항,2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 폴리몰이거나 방향족 디아민, 디알릴이소프탈레이트의 촉매가 퍼옥사이드이고, 상기 수지에 있어서, 3시간뒤 25℃에서 의점성이 120스톡으로 상승한다는 성분을 갖고, 경화시키기 위한 가열온도분포는 200℃가 넘도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리협력제의 조성물.
- 제4항의 시스템에 있어서, 방향족 고리 또는 방향족 고리에 직접 부착된 탄소원자에 부착된 카르보닐과 염소로부터의 적어도 2개의 전자끄는 그룹을 분자내에 갖는 방향족 디아민이고, 폴리옥이 디올혹은 디올과 트리올이 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 디아민의 조성물.
- 제1항에서 5항까지의 어떠한 시스템에 있어서, 2,4-톨릴렌디이소시아네이트; 2,6-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트; 2,4-톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트와 2,6-톨릴렌디이소아네이트의 혼합물 또는 4.4′-디페닐 메탄 디이소시아네이트이며, 이소시아네이트로 종단된 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머의 고리협력제는 (100그람의 액체 디알릴 이소프탈레이트 혼합물 100그람에 대한 NCO그룹의 당량)/1액체 디알릴이소프탈레이트 혼합물 100그람에 대한 활성그룹의 당량, 활성그룹은 NH2또는 OH)의 비가 0.95/1에서 1.01/1까지의 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소시아네이트로 종단된 폴리우레탄 폴리머의 이소시아네니트의 조성물.
- 제1항에서 6항까지의 어떠한 시스템에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트; 히드로퀴논 디-(β-히드록시에틸)에테르; 에틸렌글리콜; 1,2-프로판디올; 1,3-프로판디올; 1,5-펜탄디올; 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올; 1,2-부탄디올; 2,2-부탄디올; 2,3-부탄디올 및 그들의 혼합물 그리고 이소시아네이트의 조성이 4,4′-디페닐 메탄 디 이소시아네이트일때 트리올과의 혼합물일 때 트리메틸렌 글리콜 디-p-아미노 벤조네이트로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리협력제의 조성물.
- 앞항의 어떠한 시스템에 있어서, 125℃에서 경화되는 3주뒤, 기본물질로부터의 수지 유출이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 시스템.
- 단말권선고정자의 도체코일 대다수사이에 놓여있는 스페이서인, 전기 기구의 단말 권선에 있는 단말 권선 고정자스페이서 시스템에 있어서, 앞항에 어떠한 항에서 청구된 것과 같이 경화된 상태로 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
