Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having excellent impact strength and heat resistance, and suitable for the preparation of integral skin foam, etc., by the use of a polyol having a specific structure and obtained by addition of bisphenol A and an alkylene oxide, and a polyisocyanate compound as essential components.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) a polyol having an OH value of ≥200KOHmg/g and obtained by adding (a) bisphenol A and (b) an alkylene oxide (pref. ethylene oxide), (B) a polyisocyanate compound (pref. the one having two or more phenyl groups in a molecule, e.g. diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate), and pref. (C) a reaction accelerator, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a filler, a flame retardant, etc. The component (A) may contain other polyol having an OH value of 300W800 KOHmg/m and having 2W8 OH groups in one molecule.
