Claims (4)
- CO2레이저광선을 발진하는 CO2레이저발진기 10.6㎛의 적외광 투과용섬유를 내장한 가요서에이블을개재해서 상기 CO2레이저발진기에 연결되고 또한 상기 CO2레이저발진기로 부터 공급되는 CO2레이저 광선을 초점에 집광시키는 집광기, 피가공물(W)을 재치하기 위한 설치대, 상기 집광기를 상기 설치대위에서 이동시키기 위한 구동장치와, 상기 CO2레이저발진기 및 상기 구동장치에 대한 제어장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, CO2레이저광선의 출력을 검출하기 위해서, 상기 설치대(6)위에 부설된 파워미이터(11)를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 한 CO2레이저 가공장치.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피가공물(W)의 가공위치의 온도를 측정하기 위해서, 상기 가요성케이블(3)내에 내장된 또 하나의 적외광투과용 섬유를 갖춘 것을 특징으로한 CO2레이저 가공장치.
- 제1, 제2, 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가요성케이블(3)이 냉각용 기체의 도입구(24), 통로(15) 및 배기구(23)로 이루어진, 가요성 케이블을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 CO2레이저 가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
