Claims (6)

  1. 용융금속 및 준금속을 신속히 응고시키는 방법에 있어서, 수평으로 설치한 디스크형 부재를 고속도로 회전시키고, 전기디스크형 부재의 회전중심에 충분한 량의 휘발성 액체 냉각제를 유입시켜서 디스크형 부재의 전체 상부면에 냉각제액를 피막을 형성하고, 이 부재의 회전중심에서 멀리 떨어진 회전디스크형 부재상에 액체냉각제의 피막에 용융된 금속을 투입시킴으로써 전기 용융된 금속은 액체냉각제를 증발시켜서 고체상태로 냉각시키고 냉각제 및 재료에 따라서 작용하는 원심력에 의해서 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 및 준그속의 용융체를 미립자 형태로 금속응고시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 위에서 제조된 미립자물질.
  3. 금속 및 준금속을 신속히 응고시키는 장치에 있어서, 고속회전전원에 연결된 중심에 위치한 샤프트에 수평되게 설치한 디스크형 부재, 이 드시크형 부재의 회전중심에 휘발성 액체 냉각제를 유입시키고 회전되는 디스크형 부재의 전체 상부면에 냉각제 액체의 피막을 형성하는 장치 및 이 부재의 회전중심에서 멀리 떨어진 회전식 디스크형 부재에 형성된 액체냉각제의 피막에 금속 용융체를 투입시킴으로써 전기 금속용융체는 액체냉각제를 증발시켜서 고체상태로 냉각시키고 냉각제 및 재료에 따라서 작용하는 원심력에 의해서 확산되는 장치들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 및 준금속 용융체를 미립자 형태로 급속 응고시키는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 디스크형 부재가 매끈매끈한 상부면을 갖는 것이 특징인 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서 드시크형 부재가 그 가장자리 부분에 외부로 유출되는 물질이 날개와 충돌하여 평면입자를 생성시키는 일차 상부면에 밀어내는 다수의 날개를 갖는 것이 특징인 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전기 각 날개의 한면을 디스크형 부재의 회전중심에 대하여 사상형인 수직 평면인 것이 특징인 장치.
