Claims (9)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체를 수식수소화 리튬 알루미늄형의 키랄 환워제로 부제 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 , (-) 또는 (+)의 광학 활성을 가지며 일반식(I)로 표시되는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체의 제조방법.(상기 식에서,X는 수소원자 또는 염소 원자를 나타내고, 별표는 부제 탄소 원자를 나타냄).
- 제1항에 있어서, 1당량의 수소화 리튬 알루미늄, N-치환 에페드린의 광학 대칭제 중의 하나, 1당량 및 2당량의 N-알킬아닐린으로 부터 제조된, 수식수소화 리튬 알루미늄의 키랄 환원제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1당량의 수소화 리튬 알루미늄, 2-N,N-이치환 아미노 -1-페닐에탄올의 광학대칭체중의 하나, 1당량 및 2당량의 N-알킬아닐린으로부터 제조된, 수식수소화리튬 알루미늄의 키랄 환원제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1당량의 수소화 리튬 알루미늄, 2내지 3당량의 (-)-또는 (+)-멘톨로부터 제조된, 수식수소화 리튬 알루미늄의 키랄 환원제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 일반식(I′)로 표시되는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체의 라세미체를 광학활성 카르복실산의 반응성 유도체와 반응시켜 두부분 입체 이성체 에스테르를 얻고, 상기 부분 입체 이성체 에스테르 중의 하나를 분리하고, 분리된 에스테르를 가수분해 시킴을 특징으로 하는,(-) 또는 (+)의 광학 활성을 가지며 일반식(I)로 표시는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체의 제조방법.(상기 식에서,X는 수소원자 또는 염소원자를 나타내고, 별표는 부제 탄소원자를 나타냄).
- 제5항에 있어서, (-)- 또는 (+)-멘톡실아세틸 클로라이드가 광학활성 카르복실산의 반응성 유도체로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는방법.
- (-)의 광학 활성을 가지며 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 살균제 조성물을 균에대해 사용함을 특징으로 하는 균의 방제방법.(상기 식에서, X는 수소원자 또는 염소원자이고, 별표는 부제 탄소원자를 나타냄).
- (+)의 광학 활성을 가지며 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 트리아졸 알코올 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물 생장조절제를 식물에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 식물 생장 조절방법.(상기 식에서, X는 수소원자 또는 염소원자를 나타내고, 별표는 부제 탄소원자를 나타냄).
- (+)의 광학 활성을 가지며 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 트리아졸일 알코올 유도체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 제초제 조성물을 잡초에 대해 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제초방법.(상기 식에서, X는 수소원자 또는 염소원자를 나타내고, 별표는 부제 탄소원자를 나타냄)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
