제3도는 본원 발명의 설명을 위한 스텝피이드의 작동선도.
제4도는 본원 발명을 구체화한 보올반을 중앙부에서 분할해서 나타낸 전체의 종단면도.
제5도는 일부 파단정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 일단에 공구(1)를 갖는 주축(4)을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 주축통(3)과 그 주축통(3)을 그 축선방향으로 왕복동시키기 위한 왕복 구동수단(7),(8)과, 주축(4)을 회전 구동하기 위한 회전구동수단(26)과, 그 회전구동수단(26)에 연동해서 회전되는 원동축(13)과, 그 원동축(13)과 동일축선상에 배설되고, 상기 구축(4)에 회전운동을 전달하도록 주축(4)과 연결된 종동축(15)과, 그들 축(13),(15) 사이에 있어서 원동축 (13)의 회전운동을 종동축(15) 측에 전달하도록 배설되며, 또한 종동축(15) 측의 부하의 크기에 응해서 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)과의 사이에 있어서 상대적으로 각변위를 발생시키는 회전운동전달수단(17)과, 상기 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)과의 사이에 설치되며, 그들 사이의 상대적 각변위에 응한 펄스열(SG16)을 발생시키기 위한 펄스열발생수단(191)과, 그 발생수단(191)에서 발생되는 펄스열(SG16)을 원동축(13) 또는 종동축(15)의 1내지 수회전마다 계수하고, 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)과의 상대적 각변위에 응한 펄스열수를 계측하는 카운터(192)와, 운전 개시후, 상기 공구(1)의 비절삭시에 있어서 상기 카운터(192)에 의해서 계측된 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)과의 각변위를 나타내는 퍼스열수를 기억하는 기억회로(216)와, 이 기억회로의내용에 소정의 설정치(A)를 더한 값(B1)과 상기 카운터(Bx)의 내용을 비교하고, 그것이 일치했을 때 일치신호(SG20)를 출력하기 위한 비교회로(226)와, 그 비교회로(226)에서 일치신호(SG20)가 출력되었을 때에 주축(4)을 일단 복동시킨 후 왕동시키도록 상기 왕복구동수단(7),(8)을 제어하는 동시에 그 주축(4)의 왕복동행정에 있어서의 비절삭시에 상기 카운터(192)의 내용을 새로 상기 기억회로(216)에 기억하도록 제어하기 위한 제어회로(188)를 구비하여 이루어진 스템피이드 기능을 갖는 천공장치.
  2. 상기 펄스열 발생수단(191)은 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)의 어느 한쪽에 부착되며, 그들을 축선을 중심으로 하는 동일원주상에 다수의 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)가 소정의 간격을 두고 형성된 회전원판(21)과, 그 회전원판(21)과 상대해서 배설되며, 상기 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)를 검출하고, 그 검출신호를 카운터(192)에 출력하는 검출체(23)와, 상기 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)의 다른쪽에 부착되며, 검출체(23)에 의한 회전원판(21)의 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)의 검출을 무효화시키도록 그 피검출부(21a)를 차폐하기 위한 차폐부(22a)를 가지며, 원동축(13)과 종동축(15)과의 각변위에 응해서 검출체(23)가 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)를 검출할 수 있는 수가 증감하도록, 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)를 차폐, 개방하기 위한 차폐판(22)과, 카운터(192)의 계수 종료 후마다 그 카운터(192)의 내용을 리세트하기 위한 신호를 발생하는 리세트신호발생수단(199)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 스텝피이드기능을 갖는 천공장치.
  3. 상기 회전원판(21)의 각변위검출용피검출부(21a)는 그 간격이 지수함수적으로 점차 증가하도록 배설되어 있는 것을 특지으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 스텝피이드 기능을 갖는 천공장치.
