Claims (1)

  1. 회전축의 회전에 따라 제1회전펄스를 출력하는 제1펄스 발생기(10)와 상기 회전축의 회전에 따라 상기 제1회전펄스가 하나 출력될때마다 n개의 제2회전펄스를 출력하는 제2펄스발생기(20)와의 고장의 유무를 검출하기 위한 고장 검출장치에 있어서 상기 제2회전펄스가 계수펄스로서 입력되어 있고 상기 제1회전펄스가 래세트럴스로서 입력되어 있는 계수수단과 이 계수수단으로부터의 계수출력에 응답하며 그의 계수출력의 내용이 소정치보다 크게 되는 상태가 주기적으로 생기고 있는 것을 검출하는 제1검출수단과 이 계수 수단으로부터의 계수출력에 응답하여 그의 계수출력의 내용이 소정치에 달하지 않는 상태가 주기적으로 생기고 있는 것을 검출하는 제2검출수단과 상기 제1 및 제2검출수단의 각 출력에 응답하여 상기 제1 및 제2펄스발생기의 고장의 유무를 판별하는 수단과를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전펄스발생기의 고장검출장치.
