제 1 도는 자동 전기 저항 시잉 용접기의 개략적인 설명도.
제 2 도는 중합부의 단부에서 돌출된 돌기를 나타내는 중공원통체의 정면도.
제 3 도는 중합부의 내면에 형성된 버어(burr)를 나타내는 중공 원통체의 일부절개 사시도.
제 4 도는 제 3 도의 Ⅳ-Ⅳ선 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 박강판으로 이루어진 통체를 용접전극 사이에 삽입하고 통체의 중합부를 양전극 사이에서 전기 저항 용접하는 통체의 중합부의 전기 저항 시임 용접 방법으로서, 선행 통체의 중합부가 전극 사이를 통과하기 전에 후행하는 통체의 중합부를 전극 사이에 삽입하여 그 중합부를 용접하는 방법에 있어서, 중합부의 양단부를 제외한 중앙부에 공급하는 전류를 실질적으로 버어가 발생되지 않으며, 중앙부가 소정의 용접강도로 되는 전류값(A)으로 설정하고 중합부의 양단부에 공급하는 전류를 전기한 전류값(A)보다 높은 전류값(B)으로 설정하여 용접하는것을 특징으로 하는통체 측면 중합부의 전기 저항 시임 용접 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 전기한 통체가 중공 원통체, 사각통체 또는 타원 통체인것을 특징으로 하는 통체측면 중합부의 전기 저항 시임 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 박강판이 두께 0.21㎜의 크롬처리 강판이며, 전류값(A)가 1차 전류로서 평균 47.05A이고, 전류값(B)가 1차 전률서 평균 48.25A인 것을 특징으로 하는 통체 측면 중합부의 전기저항 시임 용접 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 전기한 박강판이 니켈-크롬 처리 강판이며, 전류값(A)와 (B)가 각각 1차 전류로서 평균 59.1A와 60.5A인 것을 특징으로 하는 통체 측면 중합부의 전기 저항 시임 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 전기한 박강판이 주석판 인것을 특징으로 하는 통체 측면 중합부의 전기저항 시임용접방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
