Claims (20)

  1. 장전, 클립 전진이동 및 크림핑 수단을 가진 외과용 결찰기구에 있어서, 상기 크림핑 수단이 경사진 죠오들을 가지고 있고, 구부려지지 않거나 또는 부분적으로 구부려진 클립이 상기 죠오들내에 유지될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 결찰 기구
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 장전수단이 상기 죠오들의 선단으로부터 결찰클립을 장전시키는 상기 결찰기구
  3. 단일의 클립을 수용하는 장전수단, 다수의 클립들을 수용하는 전진이동 수단 및 크림핑 수단을 가진 외과용 결찰기구에 있어서, 상기 전진이동 수단이 클립 작동기를 가지고 있고, 그 작동기가 서로 엇갈려 있는 관계에 제 1 및 제 2포올을 가지고 있어, 그 작동기가 다수의 클립들중 최전방 클립을 반복적으로 배출할 수 있게 된것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 결찰기구.
  4. (a) 제 1및 제 2 직동수단과 제 1 및 제 2 작동수단을 가진 하우징과, (b) 선단부가 상기 제 1직수단에 인접하여 있고 말단부가 단일의 클립에 인접하여 있는 인젝터를 가진 장전수단과, (c) 외측 및 내측 슬로트를 가지고 있고 선단부가 하우징내에 위치되고 말단부에 죠오들이 형성된 1쌍의 정렬된 부재들과 상기 죠오들의 선단부에 인접하여 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 서로 엇갈려 있는 관계읍 제 1 및 제 2포올을 가진 클립 작동기와, 선단부가 하우징 내에 배치된 스프링과, 그 스프링의 말단부에 배치된 푸서 및 최후방클립이 상기 푸서에 인접하여 있고, 최전방 클립이 상기 작동기내에 수용되는 다수의 클립들을 가지고 있고, 상기 스프링, 푸서 및 클립들이 상기 1쌍의 부재들의 내측 슬로트내에 배치되고 상기 인젝터가 상기 외측 슬로트에 접하여 있는 전진이동수단 및 (d) 선단부가 제 2직동수단에 인접하여 있고 말단부가 생기 죠오들에 인접하여 있으며, 상기 인젝터를 상기 외측슬로트상에 보유하는 크림프 바아를 가진 크림핑 수단으로 구성된 외과용 결찰기구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1작동수단의 방아쇠인 상기 결찰기구.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서 상기 제 1직동수단이 방아쇠의 말단부상의 섹터기어와 인젝터의 선단부상의 랙크인 상기 결합기구
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 제 1직동수단이 적어도 하나의 감속기어를 가지고 있고, 상기 섹터기어가 상기 감속기어와 맞물리고 상기 감속기어가 상기 랙크와 맞물려 있는 상기 결찰기구.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터가 보유수단을 가지고 있고, 그 보유수단이 상기 인젝터의 선단부상의 핀과 하우징내에 배치된 회전 가능한 포올을 포함하고 상기 핀과 포올 사이 간격이 상기 인젝터의 말단부에 인접한 단일 클립이 상기 죠오들까지 주행하는 거리와 대략 동일하여 상기 인젝터가 상기 죠오들내 상기 단일 클립에 인접히 보유되어 있는 상기 결찰기구.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 제 2작동수단이 완전 압축시 상기 회전가능한 포올을 회전시켜 상기 핀에서 이탈시키게 된 상기 결찰기구.
  10. 제 4 또는 5 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 인젝터가 플랜지 부분을 가지고 있고, 상기 개구부를 가지고 있어 상기 최후미 클립이 죠오들에 의해 구부려진 후 플랜지 부분이 상기 개구부에 의해 보유되도록 한 상기 결찰기구.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 제 1작동 수단이 상기 플랜지부분이 상기 개구부에 의해 보유된때 동시에 고정되는 상기 결찰기구.
  12. 제 4 또는 6 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 제2작동 수단이 손잡이인 상기 결찰기구
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 제 2작동수단이 크림프바아의 선단부의 핀과 상기 손잡이 상의 캠인 상기 결찰기구.
  14. 제 4또는 6 또는 13항에 있어서, 상기 죠오들이 경사져 있는 상기 결찰기구.
  15. 제 1 및 제 2작동수단을 수용하는 하우징과 클립 장전수단, 전진 이동수단 및 크림핑 수단을 가진 외과용 결찰기구에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 상기 장전, 전진이동 및 크림핑 수단과 실제 평행하게 정렬하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 결찰기구.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 장전, 전진이동 및 크림핑 수단의 탐침내에 배치되고, 그 탐침의 말단부에 죠오들이 형성되어 있는 상기 결찰기구.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 제 1및 제 2작동수단이 상기 프로우브의 양측에 그와 인접하여 배치된 상기 결찰기구.
  18. 제 17항에 있어서 엄지가 상기 제 1작동수단상에 배치되고 적어도 검지가 상기 제 2작동 수단상에 배치되어, 상기 엄지 및 검지가 뾰족한 측면 형상을 형성하도록 하는 형상으로 된 상기 결찰기구.
  19. 제 16 또는 17항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 상기 제 2작동수단과 프로우브 사이에 만곡된 부분을 가진 상기 결찰기구.
  20. 제 16또는 17 또는 19항에 있어서, 상기 죠오들의 크림핑 동작이 상기 제 1 및 제 2작동 수단의 압축동작과 실제 평행하게 된 상기 결찰기구.
