Claims (11)

  1. 유기성 디-또는 폴리 이소시아네이트 약 20-95중량%와 탄소원자수 3-12인 할로겐화 알킬렌 산화물 또는 알킬렌 산화물 약 5-80중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 압축 성형 가능한 리그노셀룰로오스 물질의 제조를 위한 접착성 결합 조성물.
  2. 희석제로써 리그닌 0-60중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 1에 따른 조성물.
  3. 알킬렌 산화물 또는 할로겐화 알킬렌 산화물이 프로필렌 산화물, 부틸렌 산화물, 2-클로로 프로필렌 산화물, 트리클로로부틸렌 산화물, 트리부로모부틸렌 산화물, 헵틸렌 산화물, 클로로데센 산화물과 도데센 산화물로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1또는 2에 따른 조성물.
  4. 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 다기능 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시아네이트의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 1-3중 어느 하나에 따른 조성물.
  5. 유기성 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트 40-60중량%와 알킬렌 산화물 또는 할로겐화 알킬렌 산화물 60-40중량%가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-4중 어느 하나에 따른 조성물.
  6. 청구범위 1-5중 어느 하나에 따른 조성물의 오븐 건조된 물질기준으로 약 1.5-12중량%와 리그노셀룰로오스 입자로 구성되어 있는 압축성형가능한 리그노셀룰로오스 조성물.
  7. 접착성 결합제 2.5-0.5중량%가 조성물 내에서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 6서 따른 조성물.
  8. 청구범위 6또는 7에 따른 압축성형된 리그노셀룰로오스 조성물을 함유하느 조성물 판 생성물.
  9. 압축성형된 리그노셀룰로오스 조성물이 목재 입자판인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 8에 따른 판생성물.
  10. (a) 성형 가능한 조성물을 제조하기 위해서 탄소원자수 3-12인 알칼렌 할로겐화 알킬렌 산화물 또는 약 5-80중량%와 유기성 디-및 폴리이소시아네이트 20-95중량%을 함유하는 접착성 결합제 조성물 중 오븐 건조된 리그노셀룰로오스 입자기준으로 약 1.5-12중량%의 리그노셀룰로오스 입자를 함께 혼합하고;
    (b) 상기 성형가능한 조성물을 방출제로 분무 또는 피복된 가압판, 금속주형 또는 대망판에 상기 성형가능한 조성물을 도입시키고;
    (c) 바람직한 형태 및 두께의 복합물질을 제조하기 위해서 약 14℃내지 220℃와 약 100-600psi에서 약 1-10분 동안 상기 조성물을 압축성형한 다음
    (D) 상기 금속주형, 대망판 또는 가압판으로부터 상기 리그노셀룰로오스 복합체물질을 방출시키는 것으로 구성되어있는 리그노셀룰로오스 복합물질의 제조방법.
  11. 유기성 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트를 40-60중량%와 산화물 60-40중량%를 함유하는 접착성 결합제 조성물 2.5-6.5중량%가 이용되고, 방출제는 금속 수우프이며, 조성물 온도는 160℃내지 190℃이며 시간은 3-5분이며, 상기 결합제 조성물은 디페닐메탄 디이소시 아네이트와 다기능 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시아네이트와 프로필렌 산화물의 혼합물이며 압축성형된 리기노셀룰로오스 조성물이 목재입자판인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 10에 따른 방법.
