아주 작은 웨이퍼 액체 무왁스(liguidwaxless)고정법

제1도는 연마기계의 투시도로 웨이퍼 고정구 발명을 보여주며, 제2도는 제1도에서의 연마기계에 사용된 웨이퍼 고정구의 투시도로 제1도의 방향과 비교해 볼 때 고정구가 전도되어 있음을 보여준다. 제3도는 제2도에서 일반적으로 볼 수 있는 고정구 포켓의 단면도로 방향이 전도되어 제1도의 연마기계에 있어서의 작업위치 고정구에 해당된다. 제4도는 제3도의 4-4선으로 부터 일반적으로 볼 수 있는 확대된 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 연마기계에 있어서 연마조업중연마바퀴에 대해 일반적으로 다수의 얇고 평평한 웨이퍼를 유지하는데 쓰이는 고정로 밀판, 각각 일정거리를 두고 밑판에 안정되고 웨이퍼에 거의 대응되는 직경을 가진 여러개의 받침대 원반 구성원, 하나의 패드는 같은 것을 실제적으로 덮는 각 받침대표면에 안정되고 평행을 위해 연마바퀴 표면과 조화되는 드러난 표면을 갖는 각 패드로 구성되어 각 패드는 내부에 열린 공간을 가져 액체로 적실때 패드에 대해 압축된 웨이퍼는 액체가 그 공간으로 흐르게 하여 연마 조업중 웨이퍼를 패드에 대해 진공같은 부착력으로 안정하게 하는 특징이 있는 “아주작은 웨이퍼의 액체 무왁스 고정법”
