Claims (1)

  1. (a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 에폭사이드를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키거나
    (b) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 페놀의 알카리 금속유도체를 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응시켜
    X가 산소원자이고 n이 1의 정수이며
    Y가 메틸렌, 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌그룹인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하거나,
    (c) 필요시 일반식(Ⅰ)의 라세미체를 광학적 이성체로 용해시키거나
    (d) 필요시 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약학적으로 무독한 그의 산부가염으로 전환시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 펜옥시-아미노프로판올 유도체 및 약학적으로 무독한 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.

    R은 저급알킬그룹이고
    X는 산소 또는 유황원자이고
    n은 0 또는 1의 정수이고
    Y는 메틸렌, 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌그룹이며
    n이 0인 경우 Y는
    구조식(a)-CH=CH-(여기에서 이중결합은 트랜스이고 *표로 된 탄소원자는 Z에 연결되어 있으며 Z는 유일한 이종원자로서 1개 또는 그이상의 질소원자를 함유하는 5원인 방향족 복소환이며 이종원자는 질소원자를 통하여 Y에 연결되어 있으며 이는 할로겐 또는 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 아릴, 시아노 또는 카복스아미도그룹 또는 인접탄소원자임)그룹을 나타내거나
